Lassi Guest house was such a beautiful place to stay! We were welcomed, given free water and upgraded to a suite. The staff also gave us a free breakfast. The suite was beautifully decorated, spacious with a very comfortable bed. Loca was very helpful and answered any questions we had. He also gave his WhatsApp number incase we needed anything during the day. You must stay here if your visiting Udaipur. A beautiful guest house in a quiet area with beautiful views of the city and a rooftop to relax. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

Access to car park could be tricky and not explained well on Booking.com or hotel website.

Location is close to the main lake and other tourist destinations. Just be mindful of driving your own car. There is a valet car park for 300 Rs/day not far from the hotel, but getting to the car park could be tricky if you are not a local and car is not a small car. Nontheless, I did manage to drive, and it wasn't too bad at the end. Call the reception prior to driving there for specific instructions rather than relying on Google Maps.

We loved Lassi Guest House. The room was lovely! I loved sitting in the window chairs, looking out onto the street and reading a book. The place feels very relaxed and Loka was so friendly and helped us feel at home. My husband very much enjoyed chatting about cricket with him aha. The breakfast was great and we loved sitting on the rooftop in the morning. The rest of the staff were also really helpful. We would highly reccomend.

Perfect place to stay in Udaipur. Close to the old city but free from all the horns and mopeds and a lovely walk across the footbridge. Our favourite place to eat was on this side of the lake too. Our charming host Loca prepared us a delicious hot meal when we arrive at 11pm after a long train journey. Thank you Loca, A bit more expensive than havali in the category it worth it.

Highly recommend staying at Lassi! From before we even arrived in Udaipur, the hosts were amazing - answering our questions and helping us organize transport to the homestay since we were arriving late. Once we were there, the hosts went above and beyond to help us. My fiance unfortunately came down with food poisoning while we were there. Without us even asking, they provided us with juice and food to help him get better. I was also having a hard time booking our train tickets, and they helped us with that as well. They were lifesavers for us! The overall vibe and location of the homestay is great and convenient as well. Thank you, Loka, and crew!

It’s a beautiful property in a really nice location (away from the busy centre). We got upgraded to the deluxe double and was so nice and comfy with ceiling fans and AC. The breakfast is served on the roof terrace and we highly recommend. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Quiet, clean and really comfortable. Great location - a pretty space in the bustling old town not far from the lake but tucked away so nice and quiet. I was given free room upgrade to a bigger room which was great but all the rooms looked lovely. Very comfortable bed. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Magical room, huge, beautiful bathroom, reading books and a princess bed! The whole property was gorgeous, full of great books, lounging spots and views of the city rooftops & monkeys!! It was significantly quieter and easier to sleep than my previous accommodation on the other side of the bridge near City palace. I loved having breakfast on the roof each morning. Thankyou!

I liked everything about Lassi Guest house especially the fact that it supports underprivileged children.

Lassi guest house is on the quieter side of the town across the footbridge but in easy walking distance (5 minutes) to the City Palace, Jagdish temple, and busier area. The rooms are clean, comfortable and really attractive, with lovely hot shower and all the shampoo, soap, etc as per 5⭐. I was given a deluxe room for no extra cost. The staff are really helpful and my muesli, fruit, honey and curd breakfast on the roof was delicious and generous. I ate dinner both nights at The Little Prince restaurant by the water owned by the same people as the guest house - great location, delicious food and not expensive. It's an easy walk to the end of the peninsula with beautiful views.

Central location , tastefully decorated, polite friendly team. We were upgraded to a larger room and offered a complimentary brkfast. The entire hostel is beautifully decorated with hand painted murals. There is a nice chill out space equipped with books and tea coffee self service.
