The location and the beach which is seconds away from the room.

Go for the location Thats impeccable. Its peaceful and serene. Staff is friendly and co-operative. Ask for Manjunath Nice option for those who are coming from Madgaon. Bathrooms are very clean and hygenic(especially the Ladies one), even the common bathrooms used from coming to beach

Everything was exceptionally good especially the private beach which was meant only for us.. Really loved the view of the sunset and sunrise. Rooms were neat and tidy and the services were given on a timely manner. Staff were well behaved. Lunch and dinner was excellent and taste was awesome. Overall a wonderful experience and an awesome stay which was very peaceful and calm.

location is really good, beach access from the hotel is USP. staff is really good. rooms were clean and cosy. two-wheelers and cycles can be rested just outside of the hotel and one can enjoy cycling on the beach. one can enjoy a massage as well.

Would like to stay once again”At restaurant, they don't serve RO drinking water with food and not even glass to drink if you are asking for RO drinking water. Whereas, if your order packaged drinking water with doubled the original price they do serve well with glasses without asking for even one.
The Food, menu of Mood Altar-Wine and Dine have no. of items. They serve good portion of quality cooked food at a reasonable price. However, drinks are costly.

Delayed food delivery in restaurant as well as in room even though no crowd in restaurant. Last restaurant order is at 10:30 pm. On our last night we received wrong order and we could not get it replaced as the last order time was passed and restaurant was closed.
Location is excellent. Nice place for families or couples to enjoy beach holiday.

Breakfast options are very limited. Strangely, they offered pasta as one breakfast item---not something that is normally done in Europe. The teabags they provide in the room are really awful.
Well-maintained property. Secure access to the beach. The pool area is clean and nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Toncia, a restaurant that is close to the main gate of the resort offers much better and cheaper food and drinks than the resort.
