The fridge wasn't working. After a couple of missed visits by the tech reception rang at 9.15pm to ask if tech could come to the room. We declined as we were in bed but he came and knocked on the door anyway. We asked for toilet paper, water, tea bags and a sheet on day 2. These things arrived randomly throughout the day and the sheet didn't come at all. House keeping was offered at 3.30pm. The batteries in the air con remote didn't work. We asked for them to be changed and were given them back unchanged. They worked for two minutes then no go again. Everyone is really trying to do their best but there don't seem to be very good systems in place to get the basics done well. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay and staff were friendly and well meaning.

Great location and venue. All the staff were doing their best to look after guests. Rooms, pool, and restaurant all clean, comfortable and tidy.

Breakfast was a bit unimaginative , options didn’t change much day to day . Always the “ cut fruits “ was water melon , always the juice was water melon , coffee was good though . I found the onsite restaurant disappointing for lunch, food mediocre and expensive .

The property is in an amazing location. Staff were really respectful and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling. Rooms were really good. Really worth it !!!

The staff at the front desk were not very polite...the furniture in some of the rooms and restaurants need to refurbished...the noise from the air- conditioners need to be attended to....

Mr.Shankar ,the Manager was very polite and ensured that we were comfortable...The swimming pool was neat and clean...The room later allotted to us was very good...The staff at the restaurants were very polite and service was very good......the support staff were also good....the overall ambience was good.

Location excellent. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Beautiful clean swimming pool. Delicious lunch (tali). And very good new non-veg restaurant next door.

Only few mosquitoes were there in the room as someone had left the window open before we checked in.They don't provide hand towels. Dental kit on request only.

The breakfast was very good. Lovely variety of food and beverages. Restaurants were good and clean. Staff was prompt. Gave us packed b'fast as we had early flight.

Delightful staff and loved the pool. It felt clean and cared for. Breakfast was great also. We had a sizeable room, most comfortable. Again it was the staff and manager that made the stay a good one. I hope they are treasured and cared for by upper management.

Not much of amenities at the hotel. Probably one can add some indoor games which would make the stay more exciting and fun.

The problem was only with getting hot water from the tap. The staff asked us to open the tap for 10 mnts and then it will come. But we didn’t do that since it wastes lots of water.

Breakfast was good and the staff very polite. Food was tasty and the room service was excellent. Location was superb. Only walking distance to all the monuments.

There was a small leak in the bathroom. Although the staff were informed no one fixed it, but we only stayed one night and the inconvenience did not disturb our stay.

Good hotel, located in a very central position. The pool was well mantained and the breakfast buffet offered indian and international food. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend the facility to other travellers.

Great location. If you are interested in city center sight seeing, this hotel is for you. Everything is walkable distance. They have two nice beaches close to this property.

Fridge was very noisy and had to be unplugged to sleep.

Staff were very friendly and let me use the pool whilst waiting for check-in. AC in room was good, size was good, location is in centre so can walk to all sites. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable.

Beautiful gardens and nice pool. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly and made us feel like we were at home.
