Overall, my stay at Febexpenses Central Park Hotel in Dehradun was okay. While the accommodations were satisfactory, I found the service to be lacking. The staff was polite but not overly attentive to guests' needs. The location was convenient, and the rooms were comfortable, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of service quality. Overall, it's a decent option for a short stay, but don't expect exceptional service.

In that price (700-800) i feel the hotel facilities are good. Location is quite feasible as well.

the room booked was totally different from the one they gave me last night. I was exhausted after 12 hour journey so I couldn't say anything at the moment. kindly make sure what you're giving to the guest. 1- bedding was not proper 2- pillow covers were torn and unclean 3- Television was missing 4- No water bottles 5- No towels 6- unclean and unhygienic washroom 7- The room appears to be a guest house room. 8- The lift was not working, you have to climb up if you were given the higher floor. 9- No luggage 🧳 assistance was provided. above all things were mentioned on the website when I booked it. Rest I have attached a few pictures as well. It was such a bad stay experience ever, so much pathetic 😔😔 totally a waste of money 💰💰 not recommended at all

1. Bed sheets and Pillow covers were not very clean. 2. The hot water supply was erratic. It appeared that only one geyser was supplying hot water to two adjoining rooms. 3. The bathrooms had not been cleaned properly. 4. There is no provision for making tea/coffee in the rooms. If you get up early in the morning then you have to wait till about 8 AM to order the bed tea. 5. There is a problem with parking four-wheelers. The breakfast should have been included in the cost. The above are the basic essential requirements of any Hotel Room, irrespective of the budget. Saying that it is a Budget Hotel is not a relevant excuse.

I would always recommend this hotel for a stay in Dehradun. The location is very good. Rooms are pleasent and very clean. Staff in this hotel are very cooperative and supportive towards tourist. Thanks for all good service.

Upon arrival, they could not find our booking. After some wait, they gave us rooms. We saw multiple cockroaches and ants in the first hour of our stay. Mold on the walls and ceiling. They could not give everyone in our party towels as "there is a shortage." Stained bed sheets with holes. I don't expect a lot for this price, but I always expect clean environment, and a towel to bathe with. This was really bad.

Hot water came after running taps for more than 10 minutes. Sometimes no water in taps. Once my wife had to wait in bathroom for half of an hour because the water stopped coming ,half way through bathing. Then they brought water up in buckets. I think we should get compensation for such dad service. You shoul not send people to this place .

They said to us we are not allowed to stay in this hotel (and we had a reservation made by booking that was confirmed!!) only because they said to us the hotel is only for Indian people!! I travel since a lot of year but I NEVER saw something like that! Extremely not recommend!
