It’s a little beach shack so fairly basic but that’s kind of the charm really!!

The location is amazing, overlooking the beach. The staff and manager are all so lovely and friendly, couldn’t do enough for you, really kind and helpful.

Disturbed by others returning. One longer-term stayer had taken over the shelving in shower room.

I stayed around New Year (everywhere was busy & expensive), so chose this shared dorm for 6 rather than beach huts. Affordable for 4 nights (around the cost of a good quality homestay in Kerala a month earlier). It was a few metres to their beach restaurant & others, and most places I wanted to go (swim, yoga class, plant food eating, Ayurvedic massage, beach walks, shops) were mainly 5-20mns walk. The bathroom! I know it’s basic however it really needed either a good clean or a refresh. The taps were covered in limescale and scum, the walls looked like they’d had damp or mould painted over them.

The property is situated right on the beach in a great location, it has a buzzing atmosphere whilst being relaxed. Staff super friendly and the food is amazing. The room we stayed in gave incredible views, especially the sunset.

Plumbing is old, had leakage issues from the bathroom but view makes up for it.

Location is just perfect, booked hut with sea with and it was exactly like that, right on the beach.

Internet issues and power outages happened from time to time but this is Grid isssue up and down the beaches. Other than that, great people and place

The prices were on the high side during the holidays.

Rococo Pelton is right at the beachside and has beach beds to use. The beds in the dorms have their own electricity outlet and curtains for privacy. Staff is friendly, restaurant serves decent food.

Western should generally avoid Goa from December 20th till January 15th due to the local party crowd that can become really unpleasant. Specifically I had to share the dorm with three Indian girls that were partying every night, making noises during the night, not allowing anybody else to sleap. Generally they came back to the dorm drunk and under drugs effects. We found empty whisky bottles and rests of weed in the garbage bin. They were rude, dirty, vomiting in our dorm bathroom and leaving their dirty underwear hunging around. I was pleased to leave and been sorry for my other two roomates, Sarah and Yona that had to keep cooping with these unberable girls.

Thé location was convenient, directly on the beach, we could use for free sun beds and having a restaurant and coffee shop service. The dorms were spacious with AC and hot water

Room maintenance is not as per what they charge for the name of the property. They don’t clean the rooms on a daily basis, they don’t change towels and put new soaps on a daily basis. Once the electricity goes, it may take longer than expected, during this time there will be no water supply. When you stay at hut, during the afternoon Air-condition failed with the heat and in the night it becomes super cold.

It says in the description that the room has a desk, and that toilet paper is supplied. Both missing. Not a big deal, but expectations vs. Reality! The room feels a bit overpriced compared with other places, considering the room was outside the main compound kind of a thing. There were a little bit too many electricity cuts, and no water in the room in the morning. If I KNEW, I would just have filled the bucket! AC in the room, which took ages to get cold, but better than nothing as it was sweltering hot away from the beach.

Cute brightly painted huts, a bit worn in the edges inside, but clean enough. Nice restaurant and tables on the beach in the evening. Good location. SUPERB WiFi, which works everywhere even in the rooms furthest away. Plenty of electricity outlets to charge all your gadgets. Friendly staff.

- when I arrived the area was still not completely open and under construction, so there was no common area to hang out and meet people

-close to the beach, but equally close to nice Cafés in the town - lovely and very helpful staff - beds were comfortable, had plugs and curtains - very clean and big enough - lockers to keep luggage - towels
