Considering we were there for a month, there could have been a kettle in the kitchenette area. We were told to buy one at the market. Also to note, the frequent power outages, during the night mainly, but thankfully no longer than 5 minutes. The WiFi was cut off for several hours in the afternoon too, on many occasions. The taxi service upon arrival was disappointing - a long wait and then a dodgy little jeep and turned out to be 2500 INR one way which we thought was pricey. We asked for a car with A/C for the departure from hotel to airport, but it was an old car that struggled to cool the air.

Nice swimming pool and proximity to the beach. Staff were helpful though not always smiling. They offered a room clean every other day and a laundry service whenever needed. The adjoining restaurant is fine and staff was accommodating when we asked for half portions for our toddler. We were lucky to get a room with a pool view, and not a view on the back of the property. Room could benefit from updating/ refreshing. Particularly the bathroom and a kettle would have been good to have provided. I did ask but was told there wasn’t one for the room we were in.

Towels we're a lot to be desired but adequate could do with towels for the pool lounges disappointed with the restaurant attached to hotel but this was run separately by different people.

We stayed in the deluxe room which was clean and comfortable the staff and family are very obliging and made us most welcome. The pool was brilliant we would certainly come back again would suggest tea and coffee making facilities a must.

We've had a great stay at the Seaview Resort! The staff was very friendly and helped us organize the airport transfer as well as a day trip. We ate quite frequentyl at the restaurant, because the food was delicious and the waiter took good care of everything. Besides that, the hotel has clean rooms, a nice pool and is located close to the beach. All together it was a great experience!

A moscito-net for at least one window would really bring some benefit! The bathroom had an open shower, so the hole room would be „under water“ every time. As there was nothing to dry one has to wait quite some time to be able to use it again.

Perfekt location near to the beach, plus nice and clean pool-area. Booked a „Deluxe-Room“ which is fine by size and has it’s own balcony. The restaurant connected to the hotel offers good food. Good for a short visit overall

It was my first time to GOA and I loved every minute of it, the staff, the food, the cleanliness of the room the location could not be faulted. Eddy and the team are super friendly and cant do enough to help you. Of course everything is great value for money and I personally could not find a fault.

- had lots of what’s app messages before we arrived requesting us to pay via wise. We didn’t feel very comfortable with this, received lots of messages asking us to pay and came across a little bit threatening. A friend of ours lives local and went to the property to check this out, they were told it was due to fake bookings for longer periods of time. Friend offered a cash deposit (this wasn’t accepted) and reassured them we were real. I therefore did not pay via wise! We still had a booking when we arrived and check in was smooth. Feel it would be preferred if they need payment beforehand to pay via booking.com so that you can pay via credit card for protection - just a little note - no tea or coffee in the room even though there was a kettle - no water refill or drinking water provided in the room - no floor or hand towel available - had to check out at 5.30 am for airport, had arranged this however no one was around. We left the key in the room and messaged which was all okay. Could do with a box to leave keys on early check outs

Lack of loungers in shade and could not move them . Only 2 Small towels provided No daily drinking water provided. No mosquito mesh at windows (this would save on use of Aircon) Too much "Namaste " and bowing in restaurant...Russians may like it but English/Europeans don't! Luckily it calmed down to a friendly 'good morning' and they gave good service. Needs better toilet facilities for restaurant and poolside

Well run established family hotel. They try hard to accommodate you. Proximity to beach and shops was great, but also far enough away to get away from the beach shacks , music and activity. The pool was great and clean. This was the main reason we booked it. For those who want an alternative to the sea waves, this is a great solution. The bed was soft, supportive and comfortable. If coming back to Patnem we would stay there again. Finally a big thumbs up to the independent restaurant on site run by the Singh brothers. They serve good food and make you feel very much at home. They added to our over all positive enjoyment of our time here👍

Staff were friendly and accommodating! The pool and grounds were well maintained. Rooms were spacious and had AC, a fan and a fridge. Location was perfect, 5 min walk from the beach and shops. Tuktuks are easily accessible and Palolem is a 7 min ride away.
