At the reception .. during check in we are told to pay 60000 all inclusive which was said to be the final amount .. at the time of check in we were demanded 7000 more .. and the pretext was an extra bed .. when we Js a booking of 3 people all inclusive then there could not have been yeh charges .. surely I would have not Pais it but I had very less time for my flight .. but I found it to be cheating … and the lady at the reception was quite rude in the Behaviour .. I would have not paid and argued on it but unfortunately I had no time .. but this is pathetic as the lady herself said that it’s our staffs Mistake and she did not even realize that and was rude ..

Breakfast was not up to the mark … we had even traveling around many hotels but what name this hotel has .. they are too far in the variety .. taste was good .. I think their focus is more on paid food rather than getting into this breakfast thingy.

Reception staff just saying yes doing nothing i felt embarrassed to spent so much money and the service is given like 1 star hotel you should polish your staff and i got another 2 days stay i am dreading why i booked you again, i want to use 3 device for wifi as me and my partner mobile plus my work laptop but, i got access to only 2 device but at reception they said will sort out never done and followed up, when i went for checkoutnext day same reception staff least bothered to ask anything plus because of my work laptop i lost so much business because of NO ACCESS to wifi who will bear the cost YOU.S o unprofessional unbelievable at least with other hotel staff will follow query not MAKE YOU FEEL LEFT OUT LIKE YOU DID.

The location is perfect if u just want to see the beach. We had a perfect view to beach but the sea was very rough during monsoon season. Most of the Mumbai attractions are away from juhu which we didn't realise earlier, we end up calling taxi each time we went out. The entrance to the hotel could have been better t(this might be out of their control). We booked a family room but the size was not enough to cater 4 grown up's. We hired extra bed(Rs 1500 per day) which wasn't that comfortable.

We like swimming pool, restaurants, gym. Front office staff was very good to help once u ask something. They didn't give a brief about any shows or evening entertainment(if there was any) we can get involved. Breakfast was good and lots of options but nothing special. Dinner had two/three options. We tried two(kebab, multi cuisine), both were good but again missing that signature flavour. Room service & house keeping was good considering the age of the property. There was plenty of staff around to help.

Better TV viewing when i dined in my room.

Breakfast options were fantastic and suited my diet. Natural Yoghurt, fruit and nuts. The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was superb. The best thing was the bed, it was the most comfortable hotel bed i have slept in.

Very unhygienic rooms. Carpets smelling so badly. No covid protocols were being followed. Avoid this hotel. Renovation work was also going on.

- Dated property - on the first day, the room had a faulty AC, dampness, broken door and wall fittings. also the fridge didn’t work - The Manager responded to our complaints and upgraded our room to a better room with sea views - At the time booking, I would have liked to know that there was scaffolding all around for repairs which came as a shock - Do not get too impressed by its links with Bollywood in the past!

Breakfast was good..lots of choice...LOCATION of the hotel was ideal..right next to the beach.. ROOM: it was ok...very disappointed with the room in a sense we werent given the seaview...also as the renovation of the hotel was taking place, there was scaffolding all around building so that was off putting with taking photos really
