IndiaThere was a weird smell in the bathroom, probably because of the water quality. Also, we asked specifically for a King sized bed, however, we got 2 twin beds joined together with a little gap in between, which was little uncomfortable.
The breakfast spread was amazing. My family loved the delicious food items. The rooms were huge and very comfortable and clean. Everything was taken care of. The staff was approachable and polite.

OmanNon smiling , pale faced staff. Not even 3star receptionist class maintained . They are just too dull and non hospitality guys .Sonali,satnaam ,Zahra , few other young reception staff .They are just smile less people with zero hospitality etiquette. Need major training on hospitality . DUTY MANAGER shailendra always missing from duty and doesn't want to meet guests to solve issues . Doorman are pleasing and very courteous.
Spacious and good quality rooms , good breakfast . Vayu is awesome . Overall great hotel . Front office staff really needs training on basic hospitality like smile ,Thank you , welcome phrases etc .

IndiaBathroom seems a little congested, but was manageable for a short stay. Everything is excellent, but the Car Parking area is a mess. Lack of physical space is understood, but dirty parking space with large metal rods lying around, is not expected. Once during my stay, I had to bring in 5 guests for dinner, and it was a shame to get their car parked outside on the dirt road. Please note, that this comment is more for the management to make improvements. If you do not have a car to be parked, you should ignore this comment.
Room size was very good. The AC settings offer half degree temperature adjustments as well. So it really helped me feel comfortable. The room was very quiet - absolutely no noise. Also the mattress on the bed was soft, but provided very good spine support. So overall - perfect room temperature, good mattress and absolute noiseless environment ensured a great sleep. Windows are large - offering a good view of the city and River.

Indiathe route to the property were not clear . hotel should have mentioned that for thé travellers coming to hotel for the first time . the hotel staff was not ready to help regarding the same even when approached. the room which was alloted was already opened and some repair for water leakage was going on. on complaining also it was not resolved and i finally had to stay in that room only . food was ordinary but extremely overpriced ( not value for money and very limited open in breakfast buffet). even after checking out from hotel I was getting call from the front desk regarding the time I wish to check out and pending dues which were already paid. that means the staff are not in sync at all. very ordinary and poor service for a 5 star hotel. not at all recommended for a leisure trip.

SpainThe cushion of the bed was way too soft to enable a good night sleep. The staff at the Yu Sky bar that they have took my orders and after 10 minutes they wanted to close. I wonder why take someone order if you would be closing straight after that and we had to leave.
The chef, Mr Sanjeev Kumar was very attentive to my specific diet requirement and the staff in general was nice .
