It is expensive considering the hotel facilities is just basic level. But, it has unbeatable location.

Location is the key! It is just walking distance to the car rental and airport. Very convenient. Room is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast and dinner were mediocre by Iceland standards. The bed was too soft. Door did not close automatically, but did issue a warning beep.

Understand that locations says itself, but most expensive stay from all our 7nights rated 8+ included breakfast. Also furnished like international hotel (nothing icelandic hits you here). What we did not like is: tap water is directly from the Geysir....why this lie needs to be given to tourists? There is no even hot shower water smell from geothermal acitivity (if you compare it with downtown Reykjavík or Alftánes area). And Cold tap water from hot Geysir? Ok....this they did not tell us in Orca Power plant...

reason was that it is just 5min walk to the terminal and to car rentals, so perfec place to stay when you are late arriving or early departing. Breakfast from 4am is a great bonus. Clean and silent hotel

Even though they give directions on how to walk to the hotel, to a weary traveler, it didn't make sense. The one clerk was a bit rude but rest were fantastic. Price was a little high due to location.

It was an easy walk from the airport. It had a free breakfast. The room was quiet and comfortable. Staff (except 1) were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. It was very clean.

The room facilities are not superb neither new. It seems to be a bit out of the time and require some renovation.

The breakfast was very well organised and served as early as 4 am which is very good for an early flight. The people are friendly and whole process of the checking was swift.

The restaurant was not good. None of us had a good meal. The soup was cold and the hamburger too raw. Also the selection was not great. It was also very stressful that I couldn’t be sure about the availability of the parking lot. I was going abroad for a week and needed to keep my car there. What was I going to do if the was no availability? Park in Isavia parking lot at the airport? What if that was full?

The room we first got had a terrible smell. The staff were very helpful. There were three of us and they didn’t have another triple room available but they gave us to double rooms instead.

It was a little expensive. I realise we pay for the conveinence of being so close to the airport but this felt a little too highly priced.

Very close to the airport for a late night arrival. 24hour check in and a very good nights sleep. Check out was at a reasonable time and the breakfast was good. great for picking up our car the next morning.

Perfectly located for an early flight - comfortable bed, good shower and friendly staff. I could not ask for anything else. We were there for the last night of our honeymoon and received a lovely gift. Excellent customer service - including friendly staff in the restaurant.

The soap dispenser is by the sink instead of by the shower area, preferably to have another liquid soap dispenser in the shower area
