We booked this accommodation at short notice and received a friendly welcome. We had a nice room overlooking the harbor, we could see the cruise boat. The room was compact, but everything was there, excellent beds, a TV, excellent WiFi and a good bathroom. From the accommodation you can walk to the center in 5 to 10 minutes.

Everything was superb. The room was comfortable, yet stylish. everything was up to date and clean. The bed is super comfortable, best sleep in Iceland! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and my spouse is still passionate about this specific stay. Wish You all the best!

Great location. Lovely large room with a mini fridge and tv. Balcony and shower/tub in bathroom was a great surprise. Coffee and tea provided.

The room and the whole house is beautiful. The view, the location (for example the swimming pool is just a few steps away as well as coffee houses and so much more), the beds are amazing, the huge flatscreen infront of the bed, the large private bathroom amd french windows. It was a luxurious experience and the host is super friendly. I rented the room to use it to study for an exam in UNAK. Thank you, I will definitely be back ♥️

We had a beautiful pretty big room in the beautiful old house. Classy furniture and decor. Mountain and city views from the windows. Comfy bed, nice bathroom. Good breakfast in the cute kitchen. Nice short uphill walk from the town center. Free parking on the street.

Closest parking is only roadside parking on the street outside. Cars are parked parellel to the street, so parking is quite limited. Room is quite small, and ensuite bathroom is also quite small and dated (white small tiles design). But everything functions wellm Kettle, cups, tea and coffee are on a wardrobe outside the room and is shared among guests on the first floor.

Owner was great and very friendly! Very accommodating and shared tips on road conditions. Shower has plenty of hot water. There is a refrigerator in the room.

The room was a bit chilly but it fortunately had a good warm bed cover and I also had prepared with a warm pyjama, so I was good.

windows that opened were very small; just one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom...so some condensation on the indoor windows after using the shower..

It is a beautiful house, the bedrooms are comfortable and bright. Gislí, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights in all, the second 2 nights upstairs in a lovely room with a really nice bathroom.
