It’s not as close to the airport and there’s not much to do around.

We arrived for Breakfast 20 mins before they finished serving. We got all our food so they could put everything away, but didn't realize we needed to be out of the eating area by the end of the breakfast time. (We thought if we had the food we could eat at leasure, but were rushed to leave the room by closing time)

Could maybe offer airport shuttle as it’s so close and it’s a bit more expensive than others.

Very nice hotel. Big rooms. Good breakfast. Good location for flights. We had a big problem with hot water and heating but that’s because of the volcano and they offered heaters and gave discount on breakfast.

Breakfast was standing long time there, cucumbers and tomatoes did go dry if you wasnt there at 6 in the morning. Hotels restaurant Take off Bistros worker (young woman) was rude. She almost didnt us to let eat there, cos our reservation was at 9 pm restaurant closes 9:45 pm. Also she watched loudly videos on her phone while customers were eating in front of her. That causes that the music was off and only her phones noises were on. It was embarassing. She didnt smile, say hello or anything else friendly.

Hotel was clean, our hotel room was really spacious and the bed was also cozy. We rented car, so it was easy to leave it hotels free parking. One staff worker, Mantas made our stay at the hotel feel special. He is friendly and does his work to a high standard. He handled every situation matter-of-factly, respecting the customers.

We had to use a taxi to get to the hotel from the airport, which was quite expensive (42 thousand isk).

We had a funky smell coming from the bathroom. No fridge in room. They have a pod machine for coffee but only give you two pods and you have to pay for any more (!!) but they did give us instant coffee after asking. Close to airport but probably not walking distance with heavy bags in winter - they may have a shuttle - we didn’t check ass we had a hire car

Very large room which made repacking our suitcases for the trip a lot easier. Automatic doors made getting luggage in easier. Nice atmosphere in the foyer bar and modem rooms. You are able to open the windows to let fresh air in and it was warm

The springs really stick out of the mattress. The insulation is not very good, you can hear people snoring in the next room.

The hotel is modern and very clean. Room is big and looks good. There is shuttle bus to the airport in the morning.

I stayed for one night and the staff, especially Sandra was absolutely friendly and helpful in everything you need. The room was quiet, cosy and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent! Places and shops in town can be reached by taking a taxi, renting a car or taking a bus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to my friends, family and others. Thank you so much for the short but wonderful time here in beautiful Iceland.

Convenient comfy hotel with included airport shuttle. First room smelt of drains but was moved easily. Nice bar lobby area. Would be nice to have a gym or something onsite.

My only point for review is more lighting in the bedroom

Super close to the airport, rooms were spacious and bathroom was super clean. Sammir on the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Shuttle back to the airport is a 10/10 service

It's further from the airport than you might initially think, but if you have a rental car it's no problem at all.

There's free parking, the rooms are modern and really well sized, and the staff are very friendly. There's also a restaurant on site (which is important given there's nothing else in walking distance). Everything you could need in an airport hotel. Would stay here again.
