The only thing that was abit annoying was being woken up most mornings at 2am by the apartment upstairs scraping something on the floors but that’s not the owners fault and it didn’t ruin our stay.

Lovely modern apartment in a great location, well stocked with everything we could need. It’s also next door to a delish bakery that opens at 6:30am so you can get hot pastries even if you have an early flight.

The shower could do with a little refresh and while using you can smell the sulphur but this is normal around Iceland. Absolutely nothing major and didn’t impact our stay at all.

The livingroom is great so stylish with many seating options and we loved having the Apple TV! The location is perfect so central but also very easy to find parking. We parked each night for free at the church only a few mins walk away. Self check in couldn’t have been easier, the instructions were super clear!

The apartment is located at the ground floor, it is a bit noisy especially if you keep the windows open. The water from the tap taste weird, there’s a mouldy smell.

The location is perfect, it’s easy to go around and there’s a nice bakery next door. The facilities provided are good to use. Everything is in working condition. There’s a laundry room and storage space to keep your luggage bags (after checking out)

Absolutely nothing.

Exceptionally clean aesthetic apartment, in the heart of Reykjavik centre. Directly next to the best bakery ever called Brauð & Co which does the most incredible cinnamon bun we’ve ever had, you need to try them! Host left very clear instructions on how to get into and find the apartment so we didn’t struggle at all with this. Facilities were great, left us a box of coffee which we were very grateful for as coffee is much needed for your early mornings and long days for exploring! Really close to everything including bus stop 8 which was the main one used for our tour pick ups the location was perfect, not to mention near lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The harbour only being a short walk away as-well as downtown Reykjavik. So impressed with the apartment it was even better than the photos online and we were super happy! If you come across this apartment and it’s available, book it! 10/10 recommend.

Great location next to excellent bakery, close to restaurants, shops, swimming pool and Hallgrimskirkja church. Very quiet as well despite central locale. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and very warm apartment. We could also store luggage and host was very responsive. If I come back, it’ll definitely be my first choice.

Condensation on the windows was an issue, but a Karcher window vac could ease the problem! Sound proofing from the upstairs flat (maybe some rugs?) would be beneficial as we had particularly noisy upstairs neighbours for a couple of nights.

Excellent location (Brauð og Co is literally next door and the kanilsnuður are the best in Reykjavik!) and very well appointed. Host was very accommodating in providing a high chair and travel cot which looked brand new and we were waiting for us on arrival.

Nothing really, if I’m really picky only minor couple of things were bumping our heads on the light over the sofa. Funny but did happen a few times. I also found the shower door a bit tricky but both of these things are very minor and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this lovely apartment.

The location is fantastic. The bakery next door for breakfast with a cup of coffee from the coffee machine was a perfect start to the day. Comfortable and spacious apartment with lots of great features. Good kitchen facilities and some basic food items to use. We were out for long days and found it perfect to come home to at the end of the day. Easy to walk to everything and good communication from the host. Thank you.

Location was fantastic as it was so easy to walk to the Hallsgrimskirkja, the main retail area as well as the harbour. The appt was well appointed with everything you'd need to make your stay as comfortable and supportive as possible.

Instructions for many things could have been clearer: couldn't get the tv to work (main remote had dead batteries). Took two people 15 minutes to turn on the shower. Lockbox described as silver but it's white. Instructiins in house are for a different property. And host did not respond to our inquiries by booking messages (granted we arrived in the evening and left at 11am the next day). But thebplace is amazing and I'd stay again.
