Nothing - everything worked well and apartment had all we needed.

Nicely decorated, spacious apartment with lovely harbour and mountain view. Communication and instructions were very clear, everything worked perfectly. Extra mention to good beds and in addition to tea selection & coffee which were readily available in the apartment.

Well appointed apartment close to restaurants and bus stops. Easy communication with the owner. Comfortable bed, drip coffee maker, and washing machine. Loved the gift of a photographic book. Would definitely stay again if we return to Reykjavík.

The view is perfect from the living room. The space is huge and clean. The landlord warmly welcomed us with postcards and chocolate that made us feel so comfortable and relaxed.

Our host was incredible with communication prior to and during our stay. The property was perfect for the three of us (but could easily accommodate more). It is very convenient to all of downtown Reykjavik. Will definitely stay here again!

Great communication prior to our visit. Everything was clarified so we knew how to get to the apartment & easy instructions on how to get in. The apartment is in a great location, very close to bars & restaurants including the amazing Grill Market. A very lovely surprise, we were left a book of artistic photographs of the island which is beautiful. Our host also included lots of information on tours, sights to see, transport from & to airport etc, this was really useful. The apartment is clean, modern & clutter free which we liked. The double bed was really comfortable & our son said the sofa bed was too. Just round the corner from the start of the town centre so away from noise but very close to access Reykjavik. The Blue Lagoon was closed due to the volcanic eruption so we visited the Sky Lagoon & were not disappointed. We also used the scooters to get around which were really good. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything. We were able to drop off our bags early. Excellent location. Lovely far reaching view over the harbour to the mountains beyond. Huge floor to ceiling windows. Really warm and comfortable. Sjonni really cared about the apartment and it shows. Lovely bakery opposite. Bus stop outside for pickup/drop off for excellent island trips.

Showers have no door and the whole bathroom gets messy and wet after a shower. Need to install a shower curtain or a glass door.

We had a wonderful stay at Reykjavik Central Apartments. The flat was in a great location - less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Reykjavik and only a few minutes walk from bus stop 15. The apartment had everything we needed, including salt, pepper and dried herbs. We loved it and would 100% stay here again next time we are visiting the city.

There was a weird smell in the bathroom when the water was running out of the sink.

The location was great close to the center, you don’t need a car to see the town. It was super functional, equipped kitchen and living room. I recommend this place.

Lots of stairs to get to the apartment. ( no elevator ) Hooks or towel bars in the bathroom would be handy. The second bedroom has a curtain instead of a proper door. Master bedroom door did not shut all the way- maybe this can be easily fixed.

Excellent location. Easy to find. Street parking was easy. Lots of windows and spacious living area. Large bathroom vanity/counter. Nice kitchen layout. Quiet neighbour hood/street.

Easy to find apartment, very spacious and clean, lovely and warm, Kitchen had everything you could need.

The linens/sheets need to be upgraded. One of the fitted sheets on a bed was almost see through and the bed did not have a mattress pad on it. Only one bed had a mattress pad. There were extra pillows with no pillowcases and the pillows were all stained. If the linens and pillows are upgraded I would give this place a 10/10!

Sjonni was very accommodating. We arrived early and while the house was in cleaning, Sjonni allowed us to put our luggages in the house. We went out to explore the city and its convenient to bus stop #4 and to other attractions nearby. The place is clean and spacious for 4 of us.
