One of the burners on the upstairs 2-burner hot plate was inoperative. We were able to work around it and cook dinner just fine.

Wonderful breakfast! Certainly more than enough to fill you up for a day of exploring the Westfjords. Very comfortable bed. Great view overlooking harbor. Coffee/tea/hot cocoa pretty much on demand. Multiple clean bathrooms with very luxurious showers and soap/shower gel (Soley Organics!)

The shower drain at room 11. was clogged. Noticed it a bit too late and flodded the whole bathroom. Also the air in the rooms 11. and 12. was a bit stuffy when we arrived. Would have wanted a fresh air there, but thats ok.

Dramatic cliffs rising from the village, lovely cafe next door and the Inn itself is very relaxed. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice with ham, salami, cheese, bread, loads of jams and honey, cake, yoghurt, cereal and fresh fruit. The blue sky and winter sunshine over the fjord with snowy mountains in every direction is stunning.

The road from not so far from the ferry end is gravel so we recommend guests head straight from the ferry in order to see the amazing scenery before it gets dark.

This is an isolated location but we found the accommodation. was excellent. It was overlooking the Harbour and had an excellent restaurant next door and also petrol available right next door. Lovely helpful staff and good breakfast too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Didn't like the feel of the pillow case material or the doona cover material - prefer silky smooth to bubbly.

The hob in the kitchen is very slow and only one burner is working, but it's a small detail, otherwise all great.

The rooms are comfortable and there are enough bathrooms available. Everything is clean and breakfast is good. It's great to have a kitchen for guest use. The small basin in the room is quite handy.

My only recommendation would be to offer two pillows.

Loved the view from the bedroom window, the breakfast, especially the homemade blueberry jam on pancakes and the hospitality. A wonderful rest place. Plenty of showers and toilets for the guests.

Great communication before arrival with advice on the the property, restaurants, and sights of the town and region. Spacious room with super view over the harbour and the stunning fjord. Plenty of shared bathrooms. Great breakfast in a pleasant space. Generous on take away coffee.
