Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyVery comfortable with a great location next to Emancipation Park; my room had a lovely view of the park. Bed was large and the bathroom was immaculate with high quality toiletries. The reception desk staff were lovely and very helpful. The restaurant downstairs is also nice.

The room was spacious, I had a great view of the park, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, no matter what time of the day or night it was. The bathroom was good and I was happy there was a tub, that I utilized after a great day on the road for Jamaica carnival. I felt safe there even when there was an earthquake whilst I was in the shower!!! Lorrrt! Lol! The location was great with a few local eateries within walking distance. The Pegasus was across the street. I would stay here again and be sure to have more leisure time to enjoy the amenities.

Cayman IslandsThe bed was hard and uncomfortable, the shower head was blocked up with hard water deposit so the water sprayed everywhere and the room smelled musty and like feet. I think the carpets could benefit from a deep clean. The restaurant by the pool area was very messy the first night. No one seemed to be picking up used cups, etc and all the tables had used stuff on them.
The location was perfect and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was convenient and plentiful. Great to have free parking and location is also walkable.

United StatesBreakfast and their staff was horrible. breakfast staff operated poorly and rudely under pressure . breakfast was finished before 1.5 hrs before closeoff and when staff tried to makeup for this, there was q delay and the food wasnt properly prepared. there was only one staff member that tried hard to make a differencr. he was very apologetic and aimed to please.

JamaicaThe bathroom was small and shower stall was open, so the floor got wet when we took a shower; the foot towel could not rectify. Not friendly enough for small children. Didn't like the partition/adjoining door either. Was taken aback by the receipt placed on the table after eating breakfast even though this was already paid for at check-in.
The view from the balcony was remarkable and the bed was comfortable.

JamaicaDinner staff ordinary (maybe I had high expectations / Sept 18, 2022); was almost denied the balcony room due to booking.com error mentioning balcony room as King Suit; meals very expensive and expected better variety for the price; did not smell pleasant coming off elevator 5th floor; ice box didnt work; no ginger ale available; nonetheless will give one more try otherwise cheaper and better options are available aplenty.
Breakfast staff very very nice (Sept 19, 2022); clean hotel; rooms could have be cleaner; view from the balcony room; walkable distance to Emancipation Park; overall nice and would give one more try when I visit Kingston next.
