There were a list of problems we had from arrival until departure which shouldn’t happen in this class of hotel however the staff were very helpful and always quick to solve them.

I didn’t like the room. It’s not properly cleaned and the glass and cups were dirty. The pillows and sheets had stain marks on them.

The property is located in an amazing area. The grounds are well kept.

The noise very early in the morning outside our door. The staff and the carts are loud late into the night and then early in the morning.

The facilities are wonderful. The food was great. Service excellent.

Resort is too isolated. The only way to see something outside of resort is to book excursions, which gets pricey quickly. Beachfront isn’t spectacular. Slightly better on the luxury reserved beach (more sand, less seaweed). Biggest disappointment was lack of waterfront restaurants. Resort is waterfront, but most restaurants are indoors. Lastly, food was very repetitive and not particularly good.

Generous room size. Attentive and pleasant staff. The property was average, so nothing really sticks out. I think our experience would have been slightly better if we had booked a renovated room. To be fair, we don’t usually do all-inclusive, but this was for a family occasion (wedding).

We did not get an orientation so we did not find the club and the village until our last night.

Bit slow sorting out issues Rodizzio restaurant did not work for us. Having to collect food and wait for meat food was cold.

Once room choice was sorted it was lovely. Loved the beach and the aqua aerobics class.

I was surprised that they have now limited the number of Alacarte to 1 for 3 nights stay, 2 for 5 nights stay etc. Its no longer an option either, if you are being TOLD the restaurant they pre-selected for you. As, a result we did buffet for the entire stay. The Junior Suite has 2 lights in the bedroom area and no light in the sitting area... that was quite odd. Beware of their time share, they promote flexibility, but at time of booking, wants you to book 2 yrs in advance (nothing special).

Fourth visit. We love the location, amenities and the various dining options,. A-la-cart is usually a hit or miss (nothing to rave about).

Check in process is too slow, there was always a crowd at the front desk, the agents need to move a little faster, it should not take an hour or more just to check in especially when I had pre-checked in online. The room had cigarette smoke scent coming from the AC vent and it was unbearable because it irritated my allergies so I had to change rooms. Some of the walkways around the pool area and the steps are too slippery when wet.

The buffet had a good variety of options to choose from The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable The pool is absolutely amazing, it is very big so everyone is not confined to a small area

That they did not allow visitors even if it was just for a few hours. The main buffet food was not that great. It lacked a lot of flavor. It tasted very commercial. Even the Jamaican food was very bland. Thankfully, there’s the snack bar and marketplace that made eating at the hotel more pleasurable. I do feel that it is overpriced. The bathroom decor is outdated.

The security is top of the line. I felt very safe from the day I checked in to the day I checked out. I loved the sports bar, the music, and the location of the hotel as it was close you the activities we needed yo do outside of the hotel. The staff were great!

The food was mediocre. There were so many stairs. Elevators were only available for the luxury side of the hotel. Elevators are a necessity, not a luxury. Very little entertainment and very little to do except swim in the pool
