There's nothing that I can say that I didn't like about my short stay at this hotel.

I like that the staff has excellent customer service and the breakfast was excellent.

The Pillows are awful. None of the 6 Pillows on my bed was comfortable. The taxes were not calculated in the quoted total price of my stay. I had to pay $170 more than the cost I was quoted. Food at restaurant is overpriced. The a/c is noisy. Property needs general minor improvements to the aesthetics.

The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I like the fact that breakfast is a buffet. I like that there are so many places to have a meal on property. The live band on Friday night was pretty good. The location of the property in proximity to supermarket and shops is very convenient. Having a refrigerator in the room is a plus.

The hotel was really geared towards business folks. They had no options for island tours or activities. This isn't a hotel for tourist.

The breakfast was a value added to cost. They had an assortment of foods to eat.

The hotel needs a renovation in the property and the air conditioning is not centralized, it makes a lot of noise and takes a long time to cool the room.

How you have to leave the card in the wall for power. The property needs to make some small upgrades. Basically it looks like nothing change in five or so years.

Very comfortable and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful especially the valet and breakfast attendants! Breakfast was decent, the mimosas were definitely a plus… Would stay here again!

Everything went well once we got there. The customer service in person was exceptional but not to be compared to the service while we made just a few calls on the phone.

The breakfast was amazing. The room was ideal, and the ambiance, along with friendliness of the staff, was welcoming. We have no problem going there another time. Neither do we have a problem recommending it to others. The customer service, in general, was exceptional

The TV speaker was bad. The valet did not offer or help us and others with obviously large and multiple bags. I saw this throughout our stay. It felt rude as he watched us struggling with our luggage. We chose to carry it all ourselves as he was clearly disinterested in helping us. Then I saw him later do the same thing with 2 other guests.

The pool was great. Breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly. . The room was very clean and it was a perfect location for all the things we did while in Kingston.

My room was not totally quiet. I could hear the music from the skybar till 10 pm and I sleep earlier.

I loved the facilities, the gym and the spa. Paulina, the lady that did my manicure and pedicure was great, likewise the staff at the restaurant. Excellent quality and tasty food. Amazing breakfast

The noise! I think we must have been below some kind of generator or an external air con unit because we were woken to an extremely loud whirring/vibration that went on all night as a result we hardly slept We were in room 309

Good location situated between emancipation park, bob Marley museum and Devon house. It was much bigger than I expected but that was fine. Large rooms, decent breakfast choices and good service Lovely roof top bar and nice pool with cabanas We had dinner one night but just sandwiches and they were good Wide choice of cocktails

Slow service at the Sky Bar and our welcome drinks never arrived. It’s a quiet area, but that also makes walking inadvisable at night.

The hotel design was great. Pool area was cool. Friendly staff.
