Would love to see more food options on the menu, or the availability of half-board/breakfast included with the room. Food quality was OK but not as authentic as the rest of the island.

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were lovely and helpful at all times. Loved our room, lots of space, very clean and cozy design. Would definitely return in the future!

In the description it said that our room was on the beach side which unfortunately only meant that it was across the street but not that we would also have a nice view from our balcony. The room wasn't cleaned properly upon our arrival - for example there was some dust on the bathroom door.

The beach access and the view from the bar/restaurant were wonderful. The bar/restaurant staff was really friendly and the check-in went super smoothly although we arrived late in the evening.

The restaurant and bar staff were not very friendly. It seemed like a chore to ask for a drink or to order a meal. The coffee situation was less than ideal, as you needed to order from the restaurant and there wasn't any available in the rooms. It's also dissapointing that all of the drinks are served in plastic cups, even if you're sitting down at the restaurant.

The rooms are clean, simple and comfortable, and the location is great. A nice stay if you're trying to avoid the all-inclusive resorts.

Some of the staff at the restaurant were not welcoming or could be better with customer service.

The manager was kind and let us have a room on beach side. Location was great. Clean and comfortable rooms, even though we had to change the furniture around to have more space as is was cramped. The beach front. The security staff made me feel safe and secure.

there was no coffee before 7 am, a bit of an issue for early risers, walkers, joggers, the few kitchenette options are quickly booked out. I would have loved the option of renting a kettle and 2 cups for my stay. Beach towel solution was great in that you cany buy a towel for a sml price.

The water pressure was not good upstairs, shower went to a trickle and one night no water at all. Food menu a bit limited for longer stays.

Beds comfy and staff very very friendly/helpful. Showers downstairs very good. AC good . Breakfast good but......see below. Beach experience good. Rooms good/clean but a bit vanilla in decoration (some art or colour would have jazzed things up a bit). Pool looked good but I didn't swim. Very good idea to have pool table and table tennis table. Good location, walking to other restaurants easy. Also 5 min drive to bank and supermarket.

The welcoming wasn’t warm as we expected.

My sister and I had a great time there. All the staff was so kind and helpful with us, food was adapted to us as we are vegans. The beach was clean too. It was a great relaxing time.

Unreliable hot water in the rooms. Hotel doesn't provide beach towels.

Good location right on the beach, nice Jamaican breakfast, light and airy rooms, well-placed balcony. WiFi worked well. Staff very friendly especially the guards at the road crossing.

Stunning beach, the most beautiful water we have ever seen, we booked a room on the beach side, but because the balcony was little we changed to a room on the garden side where the pool is nearby. You always have to cross the street but that wasn't a problem. Rooms were clean. We always had breakfast a Coco La palm which we can recommend. We also can recommend Charela Inn which is next to white sands, they have very delicious dinner.

The mattress was too hard and the sheets were a little to rough.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone we met was genuinely engaging, just a happy, loving set of people.
