Expected the small bed but the pillows were unbearable. Only one elevator which made check out time a hassle as everyone on the top floors would fill the elevator, meaning that it would be too full for lower floors to get on.

Was in a perfect spot in the city near bars and nightlife. Decently near the train station and near convenience stores.

I heard other apa hotels had better breakfast. In this one they only have set menu. They shd provide better breakfast.

rooms are a bit cramped for couples with big luggages. dryer didn't work when we were there. not much space in bathroom for toiletries except for above the toilet which put a big risk of items falling into the toilet.

great location. just a short walk to mark city and shibuya station with interesting places to see in dogenzaka. easy entrance into the hotel.

The room was smaller than expected, it was okay for a few days but would be better suited to a single person.

The fact that are just 3 types of breakfast for the 7 days we stayed there was quite boring because I just liked 1 of the selections so I had the same breakfast for 7 days please the amount of eggs they serve is ridiculously small. If I knew I wouldn't pay for breakfast al all. Also de size of the room and bed it is so small for 2 people. The fan in the bathroom does not turn off and it was very loud at night time, we needed to call reception to turn the fan off but when they turned it off it was the light as well. so it was a pain.

Room is beyond small, 2 people can’t move around the room together. Rancid stench of cigarette smoke, why anyone would want to smoke in a room not much bigger than a cupboard is beyond me. Breakfast was a strip of toast, boiled egg and small unimpressive cup of coffee, if it were free I’d still complain.

Amazing location, straight forward check in/out, cleaned daily, good toiletries.

The room was a bit small so 2 large luggage was a bit of a struggle but it was a place to sleep so it was perfectly fine for us :)

The location was great we could stay out and drink all night without worry about buses and metros. And the staff was very helpful. The hotel was easy to find.

Check in could be at the desk or on touch screen, also quick check out option. Room was also well stocked for overnight stay. Hotel announcements were clear during earthquake alert

good location but there's a hill leading to the hotel so be ready for that after a long day of walking. Only one elevator so you have to squeeze or wait.

Check in/out process was a breeze. Friendly staff and had luggage storage. Gave us an amenity bag after cleaning the room.

Breakfast, it was to little and not so many options. No oatmilk for coffee. I missed iron and ironing board.

It was close to Shibuya crossing, trains, food market etc. The hotel was close to a big road but you coldn't hear the traffic.
