They changed the room so fast once we point out something. The service was good. Buffet breakfast was good.

Breakfast area was always crowded. Only 1 coffee machine to service so many guests, so the coffee queue was always long.

The room was spacious and large, clean. The bed was firm and comfortable. The lift goes directly from the rooms to the basement carpark, so it is convenient for loading and unloading or luggage.

Really lovely glamorous hotel, lovely rooms. Excellent breakfast! Very attentive helpful staff. Good location for the top of town also the areas towards the sea as it is central, and very easy to hop on buses and trams as there are stops just outside.

The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was plentiful, of good quality and with a great variety of food. The location overlooking the castle moat was peaceful and close to transport and the centre of the city.

Room was very spacious. Was expecting two single beds and a sofa bed, but the room had three single beds across two rooms with space for at least one more! Staff were excellent and very helpful throughout the stay, especially for sourcing tram passes and airport bus timetables. Breakfast was excellent and the views from the top of the building were spectacular.

It doesn't have a bar area that you can relax in after a long day's sight seeing.

Breakfast was disappointing with very little fruit or western style foods beyond croissants.

Great rooms and bathroom, lovely decor. Hotel in good position to see Nagasaki and get to/from Shinkansen. Excellent, small Japanese Restaurant, but disappointingly other facilities not open. No gym or other facilities.

A really nice comfortable hotel with great staff and a truly superb breakfast, the bus and tram stops are just outside the door for convenient travel also it has an underground parking garage. We had a really nice corner bedroom which had a nice seating area and a desk and table with a good tv with YouTube etc also a nice large bathroom.

A minor critique, but the hotel and room are a bit dated in design, though really well maintained and clean!

The staff was super welcoming and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. A generous breakfast buffet is served on an upper floor with views of the city. The location was perfect: steps from the tram stop, an easy walk (or tram ride if you prefer) from the train station, and attached to a family mart!

No restaurants close by ..the hotel is in a bit of a food wasteland though it’s only a ten minute walk to the station area where there are malls etc . There is a convenience store right outside . The tram stop can only be accessed by long flights of stairs Bathroom is very old fashioned . Toilet is very low ..would be hard for tall people . Air con is weird to adjust ..have never seen anything like it .

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Located close to the station, it was a short tram ride to the Peace Park and to Glover House. The staff were helpful and accomodating.

Outside of entrance is not clean and not so good atmosphere.

Looks old but very nice atmosphere and good location for visiting center of city. Parking lot is also available until 2pm after checking out. Nice night view and large room with affordable rate, including breakfast.
