Larger storage options would be a bonus opposed to overhead compartments. I had a hiking backpack so there was a bit of risk storing my luggage this way. It would not fit in the locker.

Good value, friendly staff, clean facilities, amazing location. The amenities & massage chair were very nice to have. Can’t go wrong here, I’ll definitely be back if the pricing model stays the same.

I asked for a five minute extension on checkout to change my clothes. I was told I would have to pay 165 yen (no big deal ), But I noticed the person who was behind me did not ask for the extension checked out 15 minutes late and was not charged at all.

The lockers are a bit small and crowded. The lounge area can also get crowded at meal times. Not really a big deal for both, but can be a bit of a challenge if you have luggage and need to change or repack.

Location is less than 5 mins walk from the South Exit of Shinjuku station. The amenities are great: the onsen is good and clean enough, the free food (rice, bread, curry) and drinks (soda, coffee, tea, juice, alcohol) are also decent and would do in a pinch. The staff are top-notch and good with communication. An Amazon package I ordered arrived early and they kept it for a week, as well as my bags from a luggage forwarding service. They also let me check-in before the check-in time because there was an available capsule. There were smoking areas on every floor except ground. There's always someone cleaning. The toilets are kept miraculously clean.

The fact that there's no showers other than the onsen style ones, i.e. naked in front of everyone lol. When in Rome. Also didn't like that the door slams everytime someone comes in, which is a shame as it's an easy fix. Wakes you up all night and I'm a very heavy sleeper that was wearing ear plugs (silicone). The luggage is stored in the ground floor lockers so you're always going down to get stuff, which is a pain. No one really interacts so it's not very social.

The free facilities, food (didn't try it though), alcohol, toiletries, spa, cleanliness. Price is cheap for the area so it's the biggest attraction. I would go back despite all the negatives below.

The lockers being on the ground floor was a little awkward and the lift was fairly slow (have to take the lift from floor 3+).

Excellent location, facilities were clean and modern. Great value for money, free rice and soft drinks all day, free breakfast and free alcohol after 5. Rooms were silent and the capsules were comfortable enough.

The lift was incredibly slow, but that was because of usage. At 3 o'clock in the morning it was fine. One night my capsule was very warm, so I woke up sweating. The tumble dryer wasn't great, I filled it less than half and ran it for an hour, and the clothes were still damp, but another time I put in less and everything came out dry after 40 minutes.

I liked everything. Absolutely everything was provided, even alcohol in the evening. The staff were friendly and worked incredibly hard day and night. The location was great. I spent ten days there as I did some side trips, and have no complaints.

This is a gem of a hotel. It's a capsule hotel, but with a full set of amenities and features to make it enjoyable everywhere else. The onsen is good, the lounge is comfortable. The free meals and drinks are just so pleasing. And the location is great. Only 200m from the station, but peaceful and quiet. A perfect place to stay when flying in and out of Narita
