Staff doesn't speak a very good English, you need to communicate using your Google Translate. They also do not consider you too much. Pretty basic. To notice that in the room there were some visible dust (on the top of the TV and on the top of the room phone). Rest of the room was cleaned though. The room is very small, we were 2 (170 cm me and 184 my boyfriend), we had to take turns to move around ahahah There is a smell that arrives from the street and it is noise. So if you have a light sleep, not sure this is for you.

It was in a good location, in the business center of Tokyo. I like the fact that there were a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, metro it is a 5m walk. The bed itself is quite big and ok to sleep in. They change the towels and give you fresh water each day.

Room soundproof/isolation was terrible, I could hear absolutely everything from the corridor and room next door, even the vibration of their mobile phone when they got a notification.

Good location, short walk to trains. Plenty of food and night life around in Shimbashi! Room was small but comfortable, for the price and location it was good (even managed to fit ski gear and two suitcases in the room). Provided amenities were good. Public bath was ok - women's seemed a bit small but was still good to use. Staff were all nice and helpful.

Very noisy (fans, water...), beds not really clean, especially under the sheets. Sleeping was difficult.

The Bath was good including a steam sauna.

It's a bit old and worn and the rooms are small, even by Japanese standards. But if all you need is a bed, a shower and a toilet it does the job

Location is unparalleled if you want a night in Shimbashi. It's basically right in the middle of the izakaya action. Despite that the rooms are very quiet.

We stayed here for one night as a stop-gap before a flight. The location was conveniently near the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, but very small.

The relatively older guy at the reception. THE RUDEST RECEPTIONIST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I frequently travel to Japan yet my 1st time to stay here. I have always thought Japanese people are the friendliest- this guy receptionist was the opposite. You could feel how he would discriminate asians. Never respectful and never says things in a nice way. He even shouted at my brother in a very disrespectful way. My brother did not know how to have the lobby door opened at 1am (checkin - yes him- did not tell us checkin instructions such as how to have the room cleaned, how to open the lobby doors late at nyt, etc). Instead of assisting he shouted at my brother for failing to use his room keys to.open the lobby door (despite all 16 of us not knowing how to use it. If not being located in a perfect location, my next visit would not involve this hotel. But, i hope, if I do come back, the rudest receptionist you will ever meet will not be working for them anymore. So un-Japan.

The location definitely. And the onsen on the top floor is a perfect add-on after a long day of walking around Japan.

I messaged the property in advance enquiring about late check-out and unfortunately they were unable to confirm in advance whether this was possible, and were unable to accomodate on the day.

Superior single room was clean and had good amenities. Location of the hotel was great!

Plumbing noises the only negative. When the room above was having a shower quite noisy sound of gurgling water.
