The room was specious and had all the facilities you may need. Apart from iron - which is normal in Japan, I reckon.. It was great to have a balcony and a living room area for meals and practicing yoga. Amazing bathroom with washing machine. It’s great to be able to have a clean clothes to wear! Great location. The room was quiet even thought based so close to the Tenjin Station.

Nothing major - Sitting down to eat food could be challenging. While there was a couch and a small table provided, they were sized more for Japanese proportions (which suited me fine). However, I wasn't comfortable eating at the table, especially considering it was placed on the carpet. - There was a small sink and mirror located closer to the couch. I assumed this was the designated area for tasks such as washing hands and brushing teeth. However, I found it a bit awkward as it was distant from the bathroom and situated almost directly on the carpet. (Alternatively, perhaps we were intended to use the kitchen sink for such tasks?)

- For drying washed clothes, the heater in the bathroom, serving as the "dry" setup, functioned perfectly. Additionally, there were enough hangers provided. - The room featured a balcony, although due to being situated on the first floor, we opted not to keep the door open for security reasons. Nonetheless, having the balcony helped to circulate the air within the room. - In comparison to typical Japanese hotels, the accommodation was spacious. - It was within walking distance of Tenjin and Yakuin. - Despite its central location, the area was quiet at night, offering a peaceful atmosphere. - The lobby space was useful.

There isn’t much space to open luggage cases especially if there are more than 2 people in the group.

There were some light stains on the sheets but that didn't bother me too much.

The location was good. There's lots of convenience stores around as well as a grocery store. The room was spacious and comfortable. The washer and bathrooms dryer worked very well. The kitchen was stocked with the basics.

The location is good and hotel is clean. However, the room is smaller than what is shown in the pictures. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

The pillow is too hard for me, there are 4 hard pillows in the room, the hotel should have both soft and hard for guest choice.

The room is very big, clean and has all needed facilities.I like the room size here very much it's suitable for the family compare to other hotel.

It would have been nice to have a small dining table for meals. There was no separate bin for recyclable trash.

The room was clean. Even though there was no drying rack or machine dryer, the bath area doubled up as a drying area as it had a drying function. The location of the hotel was excellent. It is walking distance from train station, eateries, convenience stores.

You have to dispose the garbage by yourself, no additional garbage bag will offer. No one will help to refill tissue. Only can contact the staff via iPad, if you need something emergency, you may have to wait around 15 minutes for their staff to come. Cannot store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Hotel location is very good, can go restaurants and shopping malls by walk. High privacy, no cleaner will access your room during your stay. With a small kitchen, washing machine and the bathroom has laundry drying mode, the hairdryer is nice!

Room had areas that were very dusty; random patches of dust stuck to the walls. AC unit was extremely dusty. One wall in the elevator was also very dusty.

My second time staying here. Convenient location, nice coffee shop and diners nearby, a lot of convenient stores. The room is bigger than my previous stay, nice 🙂 My most favorite thing is the bathroom can turn into a big laundry dryer.

Size of room. Comfort, location and value for money. Accessibility to public bus, train and taxi stand. Our 3rd time with Grand Base Fukuoka Tenjin. Definitely we will come back next year. And I also recommended this hotel to family and friends.

The apartment felt like a cave because no natural light. The automatic lights were a bit annoying when getting up in the middle of the night. In a back street off a main road which was a bit difficult to find.

Small apartment on the ground floor with a washing machine which was a bonus. Close train station and walking distance to lots of restaurants.

The cleanliness because I found the hair on one bed and the stain on the bed cover of the other bed. The washing machine has no dryer which is not comfortable to dry the clothes in the room.
