Update of the decor

Location was great, nice onset and a good breakfast all for an incredibly low price

Breakfast offered the choice of coffee or orange juice - both would have been appreciated.

Enjoyed the traditional flavour of the room with the tatami mats and available onsen. Close to restaurants and the tourist bus.

The hotel was a bit outdated and the room had some stains. While there, the women’s onsen didn’t have thrr we sauna working either.

The staff were excellent and helped us a lot!!!! The free shuttles were great! The views were great!!! Location was amazing!

The location of the hotel was great, right outside was the tourist bus stop so that was handy, and we had a room with a view of Mt Fuji which was great.

The room was a bit dated, but perhaps that is just our western expectations!

Great location with Lake on one side and views of Fuji on the other! Excellent view of Fuji from our beds! Huge bedroom with Tatami area! Great staff, good onsen and bike hire from hotel reception.

The public bath was a little smaller than I expected and it was very bare inside (no amenities were provided within). There was a bit of confusion with the bike rentals, as I was initially told I didn't have to book for bike rentals, but when we arrived, the front desk said they were out of bikes since I didn't make a reservation.

The room was very spacious, a lot bigger than I imagined it would be. Although we didn't have a mountain view (we had a view of the lake), we were still able to see mount fuji from our unit (the side window). It's not close to Lake Kawaguchiko station but it's easy to find and navigate with google maps.

No breakfast and no restaurant, if you don’t have car ,it’s not easy to find dinner and breakfast, nearly restaurant should be reservation because small size and long waiting.

Room very bigger for four or 6 persons,you can see Fuji Mountain View from window , old tradition design and very quick response. Love the on-sen pool small but good quality.

It did feel a bit run down, but that was to be expected from the photos. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable (sunk in in places and you could feel the springs poking through), so we ended up using the futon instead.

The location was great, right in front of the lake and easy to get to from the station (20 minute walk). The room was very large, way bigger than expected! Loved the tatami feature too :) Awesome that it came with futon as well as western beds. Enjoyed the public baths! Breakfast was ¥500 was very good value too. We even rented some bikes from the hotel after checkout, which were really good value (¥1500 for the whole day) and we were able to leave our bags while we cycled around the lake.

The bed was just oke. But the futon is very nice and warm.

The location is very good. We can see lake kawaguchi from our window. And the mount Fuji is behind us, so we can walk and see mount Fuji clearly. The staff good at English, and very friendly also helpful. Two thumbs up !

Far from convenience store. Not enough restaurant in the area.

Room is big and clean wifi is not good in the room. View from the parking lot is good can see Fuji mountain very clear.

The hotel's facilities are pretty old, the bathroom in the room had bad smell, the sauna in the ladies' onsen was out of order.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to spend your time around the Lake Kawaguchiko. We liked the breakfast which cost 500 yen and it was good value for the price.

They arranged a room on higher floor upon request. Room was large and spacious, had a good view of Mt fuji
