The bunked beds are too low and small. And not stable. Not able to sit and relax in bed. And there is no chair in the room. This make people who not use to sit on the floor feel very inconvenience.

They have a nice kitchen but it's almost empty of utensils (not even forks and knives) so you can't actually cook or even make a simple breakfast.

It's a nice apartment for us a family of 3.

We were very happy with the place we stayed in, for a week on our snowboard holidays. The room was big, spotlessly clean. Big bathroom with all the amenities. Handy to have a washing machine in the apartment and also a big closet for our luggage. Overall we really enjoyed the space and the place. Parking in front, few minutes walk to restaurants/bars, 7 eleven on the corner. Perfect location.

Tried to drop off luggage early and the staff were not responding to any messages at all. Would appreciate more communication, as I felt like i could not contact them.

Loved the facilities and how clean, spacious and open the living space was. Felt good to have a clean modern bathroom and functional kitchen. Good location, very close to a 7 Eleven and winter festival.

Staircase a bit narrow, hard to carry big luggage to upstairs.

Just a point to note that there's no dryer. The washing machine uses cold air to dry, so it will take long time to dry, not possible to dry your thick winter clothes. :)

I was worried initially as it's an unmanned hotel. But as soon as we arrived, all worries were gone. The check-in was super easy, the room is clean & complete, everything is well provided for. We love the Stay. Kids love the bunk beds. I don't remember seeing a lift there... only stairs, luckily our room is on the ground floor, if not it'll be a challenge to lug 4x 20kgs luggage to 2nd floor. The unit is spacious, bathroom is clean, and hot water is great. All toiletries, towels, kitchenware, detergent etc are provided in a clean and neat condition. Will definitely be back again.

It is an unmanned hotel but it is convenient to check in. The accommodation space is large and the room is equipped with a kitchen for use. There are many restaurants nearby.

We lived upstairs and there was no lift, so it was really difficult for us five ladys carry up our luggage to room.

The property was extremely well-appointed clean and big by Japanese standards. Everything was PERFECT. The entire hotel room was absolutely dust free, neat and super clean which is so welcoming and amazing. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Asahikawa!

the bed is not that good. others are really great.

the room is really comfortable and large, you get a nice kitchen, place to hang your clothes. the owner also give you all the utensils, including cups and plates. if you like to cook something, it will be convenient. they also give you pot. if you want to use parking place, you have to tell them when you book the room. (1000yen/one day)

There is only one non-stick pan for cooking. So you can't really cook properly here. Parking - do not expect to be able to reserve the parking space right outside the building. Even if you have reserved, since there is no staff around, your reserved parking spot can be taken up by someone else even though you have paid. Better to follow the instructions at check-in to park at a nearby paid car park.

Room was nice and clean and a great size, had a full kitchen which we unfortunately didn’t get to use but looked nice! Check in is completely electronic so was quite straight forward, and although there was only 4 car parks out front, this was easy instructions to find the public car park around the corner.
