Awesome facilities and service, such as daily complimentary ramen for supper. Onsen level also had great facilities (eg. extensive comic corner, massage chairs, laundry machines) and set up. Good location, about 10min walk from train station. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

It takes around 20 minutes to walk to the station from the hotel while carrying luggage. I arrived 30 minutes earlier than check-in time. They told me I could not check-in yet and had to wait. Then they proceed to check-in 3 other couples right away. I felt treated differently so I had to ask for the check-in again.

Great room. It was clean and spacious. They offer udon in the afternoon.

The locked drawers frustrated me. I have a curious nature and having paid for a room I don’t have full access to is incredibly galling.

Absolutely loved the public bath on the rooftop. It was so refreshing to have part of it outside and an actual ice cold bath. Cute to have the peepholes with shutters so you could look outside while no one could look inside. The inside bath made my skin supersmooth. Nice dry sauna. Cool idea to have shower baskets with shampoo and conditioner for specific hairtypes to choose from. There was also a magnificent massage chair 👌 the extras like ice cream and free ramen were also appreciated. Loved how they decorated it with traditional Aomori Nebuta made by a local famous artist. They had tourist information on their tv which was really helpful. Room was small but everything was there, even space to hang your clothes to dry after washing them for free. Breakfast was abundant and well taken care of with a lot of diversity. Staff were all very helpful and kind. The apple juice was delicious ❤️ This hotel is worth going to Aomori for!

The rooftop spa is excellent! Enjoyed watching snow swirl through the outdoor bath's steam. Breakfast was also great, very nicely presented with many local delicacies. Would have preferred a longer stay.

Nah there is none.

Extremely splendid experience. We did not expect much other than having a clean room per person and a big-and-comfortable public bath (Daiyokujo). On top of that we get free evening soba noodles, free drinks (unlimited apple juice) and free ice after baths, and free massage chair service. The whole place is also beautifully decorated. Not to mention that the room price is extremely low, that the place is at the city center, and close to the train station.

The rooms are a little small and consequently short of storage space. We didn’t really mind though as the facilities and the staff were great.

Firstly I should say the staff were all very kind. The ladies in the dining room were especially so and created a very happy atmosphere. The hot spring baths were very warming on a snowy day, as were the evening ramen bowls. Great breakfast too, with delicious Aomori apple. Very clean and modern hotel.

The website indicated there was laundry services. When I went to the floor with laundry, the door to the room was locked and unable to clean anything. I had to find an alternative method for laundry. I think if there are specific hours for laundry, it would help to clarify this.

I have never had brand loyalty to any chain until I stayed in this Dormy Inn. The breakfast was AMAZING and so very worth the extra as there’s so much variety to sample traditional Japanese breakfast. And the free late night ramen is so yummy too.

Clean rooms, newly built and great infra, well equipped with modern facilities. Rooms have good layouts and they also provide a complimentary sweet from Hokkaido!

It’s about 15 mins walking distance from the JR station.

The facility is clean, they provide indoor and outdoor Hot Spring and sauna. It is sufficient restrooms and spacious seating area outside the hot spring area. 3 nos. x massage chairs at the resting area on the hot spring floor. The hotel supply free ice-cream bars, apple juice, coffee and ramen within a specific period. The breakfast is buffet style with many options. Foods are delicious and well presented. The customer service is good. Internet is great.
