Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI did miss the Japanese breakfast options that were provided at the Sannomiya location... the Motomachi location breakfast was very western focused. Upon entry the room had an unpleasant odor, but the air purifier and air conditioner turned on would eventually solve that issue.
Room was more spacious than expected, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom and shower. Location was conveniently close to the Motomachi subway station, with a 7-eleven right across the street as well as on the way to the station. Breakfast was superb.

FranceThe dryer doesn’t work. We did our laundry using the machines, we almost dried our clothes for 2 hours but they were still wet. We asked help for stuffs, all they did is to find us the nearest laundry station on the google map :( not even a refund for their dysfunctional machine.
Very clean, stuffs speak good english. Facilities are very good in the room. The hotel is located very conveniently, it’s 1min from china town street, 5min from the port and 5min from motomachi station.
