We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe security is somewhat questionable - you need to tap to take the lift but the staircase which just around the corner from the lift lobby, could have easily just walk up. Was not exactly happy to be on the 2nd floor, with the window facing another room.

The location is convenient. It is very close to the train station and bus terminal. Shopping malls, supermarkets, convenience stores and food shops are around. Take a 15-20 minute walk to Matsumoto jou, Nawate Street and Aeon Mall. Rooms and furniture are clean. The staff are polite. The self-check-in system is to be used easily and fast. Breakfast is simple but enough and tastes good. I have a good experience in this hotel.

When you step out of the JR station, you would see Toyoko Inn Matsumoto on the left. Just a few minutes walk. The room was clean. A decent breakfast. Friendly staff. They help to keep our luggage as our train was scheduled to depart in the afternoon.

Key selling point is the perfect location especially if you are taking the bus next day. Free breakfast is the other plus point. Staff members were helpful. Of all the 5 hotels I stayed in, only this one had the luggage sent to my room.
