Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Philippinesthe bathtub was a bit too small, i'm not that tall but i kept hitting my elbow on the sides. ditto with the elevator.
The staff were nice and very accommodating. it's near convenience stores and the subway station. you get a feel of how the locals live. the fresh sheets and towels and bathrobe were nice. the decor may need to be upgraded.

The location was great. It's like at the center of everything. It was close to the airport too so eventhough our flight was early, we didn't have to leave extra early or camp out the airport.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown , also reasonable price. We stay here for 2 night and after that, we visit another city, staff is very nice and allow us to leave the big pieces of luggage
