Good place to stay. The outside is better than the inside. The hotel grounds are perfect, but the cottages themselves could be improved in terms of equipment and materials.

The resort doesn't have a medical first aid kit or the dental kit also which was a surprise to us because you don't carry dental, lotion, and other stuff and expect it to be provided by the resort. There was no water stopper in the bathtub and unfortunately after asking for a replacement but this part was also not available. They need to work a little more on Customer Service.

I really like the property and CAPRIS restaurant. Especially the access to the lake. The facilities for the kids were amazing. We really enjoyed walking around and the beautiful flowers all around the property. We enjoyed our stay at the property and loved the environment, flowers, villa, and lake, etc....

It is nice place to stay as with big family as just couple. Good faculties for swimming, like the beach and swimming pool. Some music and dance place in evening. We liked breakfast. I will recommend the hotel to my Friends and Relatives.

Nothing is like able in this property.i booked apartment and it was not worth the money i paid all the washroom were not that good door lock were not working.Hard to find a small reception for this big property and receptionist was not able to speak english at all and she was so rude and do not want to answer any queries.breakfast was another nightmare everything was below the average and cold and even staff was not cooperative at all will not suggest anyone and never go back there again

The stuff at the reception was very rude. On checking out we have had the worst experience. We were supposed to check out at 12 noon. But we were late and I explained the situation to a receptionist Janara and I asked her to give us little more time. But she wasn't accommodating to our situation and she told us if we didn't check out immediately she would send security to kick us out. Horrible costumer service by Janara. Then on check out time The manager Valentina came to our room to make sure we checked out. To my surprise, she was also very rude to us. I was trying to explain the situation but she didn't want to listen and kept walking away as she didn't care if u was talking or not. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by the rude stuff after I actually spoke to they manager Valentina, if they manager is rude what to expect from the stuff. I really hope that Booking.com takes serious actions towards these people. I hope to hear a feedback from booking.com

Extremely unfriendly staff particularly in Restaurant, low quality breakfast, unwelcoming staff and service. Bathtub couldn’t be used since there was nothing to seal the water drainage system. No water provided in room.

Breakfast was very poor quality. It was open only for 2 hours from 8 to 10 am. Location of the hotel is great on the bank of Issykul Lake. But service is very bad.

Workers kept smoking on the premises, I think they even live inside the house in the storage room. The hotel provides a kitchen but no kitchen supplies to cook

The furniture inside the rooms are extremely outdated. The TV is literally 20 years old, the mini refrigerator does not work, the bathroom tiles have cracks, and the mattresses are extremely old and not comfortable. We asked to have the twin beds put together before our arrival but they were not and we had to ask cleaning staff, who were rude in responding. Beach towels were supposed to be included but weren’t, and when we asked to be provided even just one extra, we were rudely declined and asked where the ones we were given went. In order to go to the dinner buffet, you must call reception and tell them so they know how much food to make. We called reception 4 times over 2 hours and they never called back or answered for us to reserve a spot for the buffet. Additionally, guests should be aware that the hotel does not have any form of AC and does not provide fans either. Although the water was beautiful and the beach was clean, we were surprised at how rocky the shore is. It cut our feet and hurt a lot to get in and out of the lake.

The location of this resort is excellent. The water is beautiful and the outdoor space is kept well. Green gardens and lawns for private villas. The staff at the hotel restaurant were always very pleasant.
