Nothing all good

I recently stayed here for 4 nights, Hotel arranged pick up with Tuk tuk at the airport. The location is very good at the end of Pub St Hotel staff was very nice and friendly Enjoyed breakfast every day on the patio Lovely pool at the property Just book here

There is air-conditioning in the room. When we arrived the room was very hot, It took some time to chill the room, but then it was good. So you need an hour to chill the room.

Large beautiful room and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Small but beutiful swimming pool that was empty most of thr times. Very recommend !

Internet did not work in rooms further in the back of the hotel only in the front.

The room had a few cobwebs and the light on the air conditioner was very bright so it was a little bothersome at night. The rest of the room looked very clean though, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

The location was amazing and the staff were very attentive and respectful. They even put some special flower arrangements because of our honeymoon!

The lightening in the bathroom was quite dark and the blow dryer was not very strong. There was also a problem with the temperature of the water in the shower, but once I figured out the pattern I was able to keep it to a reasonable temperature. Also they need to make the furniture on the garden patio more comfortable because it is a lovely place to sit in the morning to drink coffee.

The location was great. The breakfast was quite good once they figured out what "over easy" meant! The room was a good size and there was a small garden area outside the sliding doors.

Wonderful old style building with a veranda and great character! Staff couldn't have been more helpful and they went out of their way to help with every query. Close to Pub Street but far enough away to be quiet at night.

In room internet was unreliable and is ok for a tourist, but not recommended if you need to conduct business, make financial transactions or hold video and audio calls. It drops and resets very frequently.

Location was good but some may find it noisy at night as it is near the pub street.

Great location, breakfast is good staff is amazing. The shower had a bit of extreme water changes lol The room could be a bit dark and music could be loud for some from the bars, but for us it wasn't an issue at all. overall a very pleasant stay

Balcony garden view is quite nominal. Although i find everything very nice, i also find it a little bit too expensive even with 60% discount. With full price such level of comfort would be way overpriced.

Nice and quality hotel in the center of Siem Reap. Big clean room. Extremely attentive and helpful staff. Customizable breakfast on demand. Nice pool available. Any transport/excursion option is available to book (i.e. Angkor Wat, Phnom Kulen, Apsara dance show etc.) for reasonable price. Close to everything you need - Pub street, banks, supermarkets, night markets etc.

Having to order breakfast the day before, although I understand it is a relatively small hotel so buffet probably not viable. Couldn't get my TV to work, but I don't go on holiday to watch TV so not a big issue

Good location close to Pub Street - although this meant a bit noisy in the evenings. Nice friendly & helpful staff. Private terrace was a bonus. Helped organise my transport to Pattaya

It seemed like a lot of fasilities (eg. Poolbar, restaurant, other pool) were not availble. I heard that after covid lot of companies have faced difficulties so I think that night have been the reason. Breakfast was really not worth for money. Air con worked but was not stable. We did not get the tv working (though I did not report it to staff, so might be an user issue 😅)

Location was great and pool was nice add. Rooms were big. Staff was nice and really polite.

Beautiful hotel, garden, lobby, bathroom, and room. Incredibly helpful staff (with excellent English) who helped us book TukTuk tours and gave advice about local attractions. Many leaflets on offer. We could leave our luggage there after check-out. Breakfast was phenomenal - you choose the day before - with lots of Thai and local options. Ideal location near pub street and markets but still quiet and easy to get a good night's sleep.

Only issue was that our room was not cleaned the 2nd day. Since we were late to checkin the day before it was actually okay. We had to get started really early that day so after returning back we were too exhausted for the cleaning up service request. Im positive they would have cleaned if we had asked :)

Super helpful staff always ready to help! The room was as listed and the pool area was also noteworthy. Superb hotel!
