Amazing staff, consistently cheerful and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We were offered a room upgrade due to a leaking ceiling in the original room. Conveniently situated by the river, close to numerous shops, restaurants, and bars, with a delightful swimming pool.

It is situated directly off a busy road and the karaoke bar next door was a little annoying at night.

A calm oasis in a busy town, the hotel is far enough away from the centre to be peaceful but still only a short stroll to the centre. Rooms were spacious, clean, nice terrace. Healthy breakfast options and lovely team of staff. Only stayed one night but would have happily stayed longer.

I like that it's opposite the river, nice ambience. It's walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. I like the room, comfy. The price is reasonable.

Sometimes the noises from neighboring restaurants are annoying.

You feel very comfortable in this hotel. The employees are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The family management not only provides you with good tips but also organizes a bicycle or moped if you wish.

The hotel is a little far away from downtown Kampot but it's still walkable distance.

Very nice little hotel on the fringe of downtown Kampot. Nice rooms and comfy beds. There is nothing 'Boutique' about this hotel, but it's comfortable, the rooms are well appointed and the central pool is nice.

The rooms were OK, but staff esp Srilip was very nice. The pool was great as very humid in Kampot. Location was great, infront of River. Continental breakfast was OK. Fresh Passion juice was the best!

Pippali was an oasis of luxury in Kampot. I really did not see any other hotel that could compete with its facilities and quality of hospitality in Kampot. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the pool was out of this world, the rooms are spacious and light and food is of the highest quality. There was nothing too much trouble for the staff to deliver. I cannot recommend enough a stay at Pippali.

The club next door is absolutely horrible - the music is so loud that it was impossible to sleep even with earphones. The hotel staff was apologetic about it, but I there really isn't much they can do. If you like to go to bed early, this may not be the best place to stay.

The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. They organised a tour and a my overland trip to Vietnam for me as soon as I arrived.

Can be a little bit noisy at night with music coming from across the road, might bother you if you're a light sleeper.

Cooked to order breakfast, a decent selection of options and drinks to go with it. Felt very modern, clean and comfortable. Nice cold pool, covered with shade by the plants around it which helps protect you from the suns rays. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming too.

It’s a cozy small boutique hotel. Not far from the town center. A nice walk along the river is all it takes to arrive. The breakfast was great. The pool is a nice place to relax. Rooms are comfortable, restaurant very inviting as well. The best of the stay is the staff! Kind, professional justa amazing team!

It was a bit loud in the evening as the location of the hotel is very close to the night market. We happened to be at the room close to road side and my mom couldn’t sleep well due to the noise.

It’s the second time we chose to stay at the same place when visiting Kampot. The environment is nice, staffs are friendly and very helpful, and the food is great!

The restaurant area allows smoking and it made breakfast and check-out at reception quite uncomfortable as we are non-smokers. It would be nicer if there was designated areas.

Lovely big room with a great view, comfortable bed, nice setting and service. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the pool as it was raining but it looked like it would have been really nice!
