A very comfortable stay for me and my daughter. picturesque, great breakfast, the location was good and the staff was perfectly lovely. The water provided on site was a hospitable touch.

Nothing to fault really but the staff could improve their English to take it to the next level.

Relaxed friendly boutique hotel / guesthouse with authentic ambience, casual feel, intimate setting. Pleasant staff. Good on-site mini kitchen serving local and euro food. Comfortable bed in spacious room. Modern but with throwback elements. Noted as LGBTQ but more on the friendly than the exclusive side. All welcome including the resident cat.

The spa services really need an upgrade. For the price, it should be much nicer of an experience with a better masseur. I also wish that they enforced the no smoking signs at the dining tables.

I liked the pool a lot and the breakfast was excellent. The staff tries very hard to make everything great.

Great location, atmosphere, food, and room. It is so quiet, too. The pool area is a highlight and an oasis. I stay here often and love it each time. The staff are exceptional! I like it that they are queer-friendly.

Peaceful location with good spacious facilities and reasonably handy to attractions. Tuktuks from the door at fixed prices (arranged by the staff) get you around no problem and the hand hotel card sees a correct trip back. Included breakfast was quite large. The Chefs were amazing with a wide range of Menu options (day and night) and the Cocktail list good value. Room was fully equipped with toileries and the bigbath tub on deck an added bonus. Our room was overlooking the pool on the first floor (no lift) but some rooms on the ground level would be OK for those challenged. WiFi worked well . Recommend a first flool room onerlooking the pool. Upgrade to the room if option offered.

the driver of the hotel tuktuk was wonderful, taking us everywhere we wanted to go. I had a marvellous foot massage. Very stylish decor in hotel. Breakfast was delicious and so was lunch. Nice pool.

Some more fitness facilities at the space would be an added bonus. The pool was amazing but a spa and small gym would add some extra services.

A wonderfully delightful stay, such friendly staff very attentive and always generous with their service, service with a smile at facilities that are so pleasant and aesthetically pleasing. Baths on the balcony - a real epic feature as well.

Rambutan hotel has amazing service and great food(try their tom yam or curry!). The rooms are clean and spacious, they are very environmentally friendly. I love the reusable bottles and water refill station! Excellent location, close to everything you might need in Phnom Penh!

The Rambutan Resort is an oasis of peace in bustling Phnom Penh. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. I enjoyed the amenities offered (i.e., pool, balcony bathtub) and had a wonderful stay.

Several flights of stairs to climb ! Bring your own jam for breakfast - two days in a row no jam available and no-one empowered to go to the grocery store and buy some!
