The AC in the first room wasn’t working properly, but they were very friendly and changed our room and the second one was really good. We ordered the night before breakfast for our bus ride in the morning for 7:30, but they didn’t prepare it. It’s very disappointing, because we ordered the night before, we paid 18$!!! for it and didn’t get it at the end, because it needed so long and we would have missed our bus. They didn’t even give us the money back, what should be done by themselves immediately.

From being met at the bus station by the very good English speaking hotel tuk driver. To arriving and not checking in by being treated as a long lost friend . It was lovely. Responding to e mails very quickly

Can't really complain about anything as it was great value for money.

Every member of staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Great coffee and good selection of breakfast offerings. Loved the pool and location is great with a few cafes close by in same street. Tuk Tuks available in street out front.

The staff were very helpful, kind and friendly, like a family. Special thanks to Pauline and all the girls, and Mr. Phat, who is not only a tuk-tuk driver, but also an excellent tour guide, with great knowledge and great humanity. The hotel's cuisine is great, Pauline's coctails are amazing. There is live music several times a week, the atmosphere is fantastic. Localization is excellent. We enjoyed the pool and the green oasis surrounding the building. This was the best hotel we have ever been.

Spacious rooms, very comfy beds and excellent coffee. The pool was the perfect temperature. The staff were fabulous. It didnt feel like a hotel - it was as if you were staying with friends. We have already booked to return.

Pool open - for a cost - to the public (children) which impeded relaxation. Floors, especially the bathroom, needed a real clean rather than a daily cursory mop. The built up scunge made my feet dirty and the area around the sliding doors' were filthy.

Staff were very polite and professional. AC great; prices in the mini bar seemed reasonable. Good towels and free toiletries. Prices for food at the restaurant were within range for equivalent hotels.

There were no negative aspects at all. The staff, especially at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, but so too was the Villa’s Tuk Tuk driver who took me around. The room cleaning staff were also excellent.

I liked the general ambiance of the property- it’s courtyard setting and the area where you relaxed and dined in. The Villa complex had a nice flow. It’s location to the Royal Palace- Mekong area was close, so you could go for a pleasant walk.

The staff were excellent especially Nicole. booking.com messed up the booking, Nicole sorted it out without a hitch and no expense to me and my daughter. I would reccomend Villa Grange to solo travelers and families. There's a nice bar and swimming pool at the front of the Hotel.

A little far out from the centre

Clean and spacious room, good value for money. Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Tuk Tuk available which was a great way to see the sights and get into town.

Everything suited me. I have no complaints.

The staff was extremely attentive; the room was clean, a good-sized bathroom and shower; ample breakfast well-prepared. The food offerings are plentiful, with a good variety and daily specials. The hotel is also a place that draws many friends who have stayed at the hotel, those who have then chosen to live in Phnom Penh and return for friendship. In addition, there is a variety of restaurants within a short walk from the hotel.

The soap dispenser in my bathroom leaked a small amount of soap when I pressed it. Honestly that was the worst thing I could think of staying here. Very comfortable stay.

The staff here were amazing, the rooms were spacious, clean, well priced and arguably in the best spot in town to easily get to many of the main attractions. I give them 11 out of 10 I was actually very impressed with my stay here.

The only issue I had was the lack of communication before arriving. Sent 3 messages about shuttle transport via the Booking-com communication utility but never heard a thing back from the facility, which says will answer within 24 hours. Well, that didn't work for me...

Just a great place to stay with nice staff. My room was very large and had everything one can expect.
