We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaIf you just need place to sleep and to take a shower, this is an okay place. For the value, don't expect more. No lifts - so I'd say it's good for backpackers. I booked 2 room, and at the family room, there was a foul smell by the washroom even we haven't used it. No lifts for this place but the staff helped us bring our big luggage up to our rooms. The photos were misleading well. The Pool area was not as clean as in the pictures and the other room that I book has a broken closet. So don't expect you'll get the same rooms and ambiance as they showed in the photos here. Again, this place is good to meet the basic but if you want a more luxurious one this is not the place for you. Even with all the negatives, I am rating this as pleasant because of the staff and the location. Great location and again, amazing staff and very hardworking and friendly.
The location was great. 9 mins walk to Pub street. The staff every very friendly and helpful. This place is good enough to meet your basic needs during your visit in Siem Reap.

they clean the room everyday without notifying them. the staff can communicate in basic English in which, which was good. the pool is not as big as shared in the picture. in my room has a fridge. not recommended for using the hair dryer. they did not provide breakfast because you can find the breakfast surrounding the hotel. plus 5 minutes to pub street and other restaurant.

I’m really unsure how it can be classed as deluxe in anyone’s eyes… to start with, the walls were filthy… we had twin beds, when asked for a double, no bath tub as advertised, disgusting dirty shower, which was freezing….. NO HOT WATER!!!!!!!! advertised a kettle in the room, no kettle, we booked here as it had a pool, as it’s not near a beach so we thought somewhere with a pool would be good, the pool was absolutely disgusting, full of things floating, very cloudy and a light hanging in the water, I wouldn’t have put my dog in there!!! The mattresses are lumpy and uncomfortable. we were happy there was a fridge in the room but it ruined our food as it froze everything !!!! There is a building site opposite which starts hammering and drilling from 7am, not the hotels fault I know but still not a good location if you want to sleep, and also the bar opposite has the worst lady singer ive ever heard and she sings until very late. The place was just a big disappointment to be honest.

Great Location, easy walk to centre of town (pub street and nightmarket).Staff are friendly and tried to be helpfull but commumication somtimes an issue depending who is on reception desk.
