Book the one bedroom apartment but the living room doesnt have fan or aircon so its very hot.

The front opens at 8 am. If I had to leave earlier or checking in later than their said business hours, it'll be a problem. Also it was made for a long term rental for 2DK whereas this time rented a room splitting so Kitchen and Dining were shared. I didn't have anyone to share on my floor and no problem.

The bedroom is close to a large street intersection, which makes it very noisy during the day and night, even with the windows closed. You definitely need earplugs to sleep. It would be nice if there were more supplies in the rooms such as hand soaps, water bottles and toilet paper.

The room was very modern and very clean. It had a separate living room and all in all, the size of the apartment was very big for this price. The staff members at the reception were always very helpful and friendly. Also the cleaners which came daily to clean and emptying the bins at every floors kitchen. The location of the apartment is not very central to the town centre, but it has a big mall and supermarkets nearby which you can reach easily at a short walking distance. I can definitely recommend a stay in this accommodation.

We encountered a cockroach in the room, the bathroom was excessively moist with a noticeable hole in the ceiling, and the common areas were disappointingly dirty. Plus, no windows in the room.

We appreciated the kind and helpful personnel, as well as the convenience of having a washing machine and air conditioning in the room.

It is a very strange layout that two rooms have one kitchen with a refrigerator and a washing machine. A light switch from a common room turns off or on a light in another room. The house is built as apartments and they are divided by a partition into two rooms. If you rent the whole apartment, then it is definitely ok. But if you rent half, then it is not very convenient to share common areas. The motorcycle can only be parked inside overnight. In a narrow corridor.

The kindness and helpfulness of the receptionists: I needed to leave a broken motorbike of my partner inside the premises as it was dark on a Sunday night already and they did not make any problems about it. Working AC, good wide toilet and bed.

The shared kitchen could be cleaned more often and could use a microwave. The fact that the kitchen is shared could be mentioned more clearly in the description.

Accommodation is located very centrally and is exactly as described. Our room was very clean and the aircon worked very well. Also the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and earned himself a tip👍

There was a LOT of traffic noise (all night) due to being on a busy road - more soundproofing would make a big difference! The shared washing machine took HOURS to do a single load, and was shared by housekeeping as well as the other apartment on our floor so sometimes we had to wait a long time to be able to do our washing. The lock on the door to our apartment also broke on our first day, meaning that throughout our stay we could only lock our bedroom, not our living room. The staff provided no option here.

Was great to have some space to ourselves, and use of an equipped kitchen and washing machine, at a very reasonable price. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Short tuktuk ride to many places, though not much walking distance.
