Tiny room looking very tired, mould on walls. Outrageous price, paying a lot more for the location than the room. Impossible to contact any of the 4 managers, they didn’t answer their phones.

Great location, free ground coffee machine, chilled and boiling water, iron, microwave. Cheap self laundry but no drying facility. 7-11 opposite and loads of restaurants outside. Self check in worked well, we arrived after midnight following late flight. Mika the cleaner was very helpful.

Every time I visit Seoul, I stay here. It is located in a convenient place with a subway station, convenience store, and places to eat and shop nearby. Furthermore, it is really affordable for this location. This guesthouse has a coffee spot, and you can use the refrigerator (if the food, for example, doesn't fit in your in-room one), warm your food, or boil ramyeon. I really enjoy the self-check-in/check-out feature, which is very convenient if you have an early flight.

Very small but comfy room its just that the elevator is not in the first floor you need to lift your luggage up and you're not exactly in your floor. The elevator is in between 2 or 3 flr, or 3 or 4th flr. It's kinda odd.

The location was great, short 2 min walk to br amongst it all. Comfortable bed and recommend if it's just somewhere to sleep.

I hate that the lift is between floors and need to carry heavy luggages up and down the room location. I almost fell off the stairs with my luggage. This is very dangerous, can cause injury or worst death when the fall is bad. Better install a luggage slider on the stairs.

Truthfully, as Google Maps walking directions are pretty terrible in Korea in general, if you're new to the Myeongdong area the guesthouse can be a little difficult to find until you get your bearings.

The guesthouse is in a great location, as Myeongdong is extremely lively, and there are a plethora of convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and street-food stalls all around the encircling area that are very easy to access.

Nothing on my mind to dislike about this place.

Stayed 4 nights at this Guesthouse, I was amazed by the location that next to the night market also with a good deal price compared to other places. The house keeping lady is super nice and friendly. Everything is good. The room pretty small but it's enough for me to rest and packed my stuff after days exploring wonderful Seoul. I really recommend this place for solo traveller or couples if you travel with low budget for accomodation.

The humidity is indeed very high, even in winter. Clothes and towels don't dry properly. There wasn't even a chair in the room. There is no guest coverlet on the bed, for instance, to place items or to sit down. I visited in winter and it was cold in the room. The staff offered a portable heater, but it heats up intensely and makes the room too hot.

It was very small and basic, and tbf they definitely show that in the pictures. The room was very small again that is shown. Deluxe means you get a window. The bathroom is a small glass cut out in the room. It is a very small wet room and at 64 hovering over the wc to take a shower isn't as much fun as you'd expect ... a little bit younger, and this would be fine 😂 So, it was exactly as shown ... I think this is an us not them problem... we booked something that didn't suit our needs ❤️

The location was good very close to the night market and public transport ...and the price for Seoul was very reasonable. They didn't have housekeeping but you could swap out your towels in the lobby and grab a free coffee. The staff were friendly but not there most of the time.
