Room was a little small, cannot freely walk around after opening 2 luggages at the same time. Very limited lighting in the room. And lights at the sink/make up area suddenly did not work on the 3rd night of our stay. Limited power plugs as well, one of the power plus on the main table was sealed up, left with one empty one for the table lamp. Since we needed the plug, we had one less source of light…

Triple room is pretty comfy, its 2 queen beds in the room, its a walk distant from subway station line 2 and can walk to Kwangjang market. Room is clean, smart key is very good no need to carry key just use the phone.

Not many choices of eating place around the hotel. There were many coffee shops but not many restaurants that serve proper meals so walked a fair way to look for a proper meal.

A young man at the reception was extremely helpful and accommodating. Elevator was not working at the time of check in so we were able to store our luggage for free until they could sort the elevator out. Receptionist could speak at least 4 languages fluently.

Hotel is not new, but in a good condition. Check in is at 3pm (earlier time will be charged), check out at 11am, but I faced it everywhere in Korea. No free luggage storage as been many times mentioned, but they informed us about it before arrival. Would be good to have a breakfast option.

I will echo other reviews saying the hotel is greatly located: close to a few lines of metro, walkable distance from DDP, Gwangjang Market, cheonggyechron (canal), 30min walk from Myeongdong street. Absolutely fine even in the evenings. A lot of cafes, grocery stores nearby. Staff at the reception speaks English :) we lived first in the studio plus room (two 1.5-beds, not real double) and than in a family suit (3 beds, two doubles and 1 single with more space in the room itself). All rooms are clean, equipped with minimum required stuff. Everyday cleaning with towels change snd water refill, nothing to complain!

It’s so easy to get to Seokchon Lake for cherry blossom. Short walk to Euljiro 4 station take green Line 2 all the way to Jamsil station. Smooth ride without having to exchange line.. Check-in and checked out is zero hassle and I actually don’t mind the coin/ notes locker luggage storage . It’s pretty useful. A bit of a walk to the restaurants and shops at Dongdaemun Design Plaza area… but it was ok as Seoul Metro stations were a short walk from the hitel

Area at night not much going on (commercial district with many small shops closed at night).

Cleanliness, comfortable room and bed, good Wi-Fi. Friendly staff, good value for money. Very well connected with 2-3 metro stations close by. Felt safe walking around even late at night.

Location wise - need some walking (7-10 min) to the nearest subway station and Gwangjang market. There are some convenient around the corner. So if you prefer a quiet place and have no problem walking, this hotel is ok. We stayed in the family suite, while it is spacious, there isn't enough hangers and place to hang clothes/jackets for the 4 of us.

Jae, the front desk, was very friendly and helpful - really beyond expectation. He speaks good English and helped to book taxi and made sure the taxi took us to the right place when we checked out. Room is clean and spacious.

Room is quite spacious for 3 person. Facilities is enough. Near gwangjang market, so its convenient to eat in the night. Only need to cross the road to get to the airport bus stop. Finally, really thank you to the staffs. They are friendly and very helpful.

The double bed was narrow.

Large sized room for family of 4, good exhaust in bathroom, room temperature that we can adjust, free drinking water and daily housekeeping. Jae from Front Desk was especially helpful in calling us a taxi, printing out korail frequency timings, ordering takeout and handling our left luggage.
