IT was not possible to setup the heating system (it was too hot!). This made the air in the room really dry.

Gym, breakfast, location, all really good. Check in was fast. Breakfast is crowded but the staff can arrange everything in the best way. Recommended.

the design is a little bit outdated, but everything is in the perfect condition. The pillows are a bit too flat, maybe it’s best if they provide 1 flat & 1 more firm. And it would be great if they have a window that can be opened so fresh air can go in. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Perfect location, near mostly to anywhere & on top of Coex mall. Smooth check in & check out. Awesome & super helpful service from the concierge & housekeeping teams. They even managed to send small bday cake for my son. Not too mention cool amenities like Nespresso machine & L’ocittane. We’re one big group of family & friends, can’t tell u each stories bcos it will be very long but everyone was super happy with the service. Intercontinental Coex should be proud of their awesome teams. Keep it up! we’ll definitely coming back for more.

The selection of food in room service.

Room: The room decor was excellent. The view was of the temple. It was very clean & well maintained. Water & toiletries were constantly replenished. Gym: Amazing spacious gym. Gym clothing was provided for free for hotel guests & members. Also, the gym hours were excellent (6:30 - 23:30). And I loved the infrared sauna. Restaurants: The breakfast restaurant had a great buffet with a wide selection of food choices. Room service was fast but there isn't a big selection of food. Service: Excellent, fast & courteous. Location: Right above the Starfield Coex mall & Bonguangso station.

There are two Intercontinental hotels and we were taken to the wrong one initially. However, the hotel arranged and paid for a taxi to take us to the right hotel, which is close by. Since Covid, the hotel no longer operates a shuttle to the airport. However, they again provided free taxi service to the limousine bus station where we booked a comfortable non-stop bus ride directly to the airport departure terminal. for about $13 U.S. dollars.

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury hotel, at a lower price than comparable hotels in the U.S. Service was excellent! Doorman Jun Oh was exceptionally courteous and helpful, helping to book reservations, call cabs and translate to the driver to ensure our safe and accurate arrival. He ended up being our go-to guy for all of our questions and he was always friendly and happy to help. The rooms have standard U.S. outlets in addition to the Korean outlets so no adapters were needed. Location is across from a temple and very close to Lotte World, Aquarium, Olympic stadium, and Lotte duty-free shopping. Three restaurants in the hotel, Delicious food, drinks a bit overpriced. Concierge desk and all staff were very friendly and helpful though some with limited English needed to get additional help. overall a very pleasant stay, excellent facility, outstanding service. will definitely stay again.

The only point for improvement I see is the data that is accessible to visitors via internet. The hotel's website does not display enough information about what is in the room and what the restaurants offer.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, exciting food, comfy beds. The hotel truly deserves the five stars rating. We enjoyed the nearby temple and the coex mall. The staff was very professional and very friendly, even to my children who do not speak English.
