The pool was a bit crowded with children, and one part was dedicated to members only. Lines for breakfast was very long, which we understand could be due to covid restrictions- but it could still have been done more efficient.

Nice hotel with good breakfast, and practical indoor access to the COEX with shopping mall, lots of restaurants, movie theatre, aquarium, and the Starfield library.

the design of the hotel is a little outdated but it was well maintained so didn’t bother me that much.

It was a very clean and well maintained hotel. The staffs were very kind and polite, and responded promptly. Breakfast was really good too. i stayed here for 7 days and didn’t really have any issues during my stay. The hotel price was pretty reasonable as well compared to other 5 star hotels.

The location was great. However, cab drivers seem to get confused with the other intercontinental on the other side. Right under the hotel is the Coex mall which had lots of places to go on a rainy day.

The property is OLD, surprised to see it as a 5 star hotel. The AC doesnt get colder than 22°, and was quite noisy (the AC).

The staff, if not for the wonderful staff working and helping us, I would have given this hotel a 5 or 6. Amazing and friendly staff.

Although pool is included, swimming caps are not included and should be purchased separately. I think in 5 stars can be included too. The room was a bit dusty. Faucets in the bathroom are noisy, so you basically hear people taking shower the room next to you, even with the door closed. It's the first time I ever heard that reception cannot amend guest information during check out.

The hotel is situated right at COEX exhibition and shopping mall that is accessible by an elevator. The breakfast offers a variety of cuisine, fresh juices, delicious sweets and fruits. Concierge service are very hospitable and provided all necessary information and reservations.

The facility is outdated, and the interior materials are inexpensive. Without renovations, the 5-star hotel's pricing is undoubtedly too high, with a quality level one or two notches below Intercon Parnas.

Kids who are smaller than 100cm were not allowed to access the pool, and the gym. Laundry for toddler's clothes were just half the price of adults... which is still nonsense to wash baby's wet socks and pants due to diaper leaks... the hotel was more for business travelers Also the hotel was extremely hectic due to too many people and too many banquets and events....

Toddler crib was great, best ever. Staffs were nice and friendly.

Expensive and fairly middling stay at the COEX for a night.
    • Leisure trip
    • Couple
    • Classic King Room with Temple View
    • Stayed 1 night

The rooms felt dated, a bit tired, and poor value, and for some reason the room was very expensive the night I booked for what I actually got (30 Aug) to stay. Overall, after having stayed at the Grand Intercontinental down the street a week earlier (which is much much better) and staying here, I was pretty meh on the property overall.

The chef at breakfast was fantastic and actually tried to find me grapefruit when I was wandering around the crazily busy Sunday breakie time. It is very very close to the Aquarium. =]

First room had 2 smaller beds. Had originally requested a king bed when making the booking on booking.com - possibly would have not been an issue if I’d booked direct with the hotel as the check staff reported that sometime these requests aren’t communicated when booked with an external company. They were able to facilitate a room with a king bed as originally requested on the bottom floor. Very comfortable and clean, average view
