Bed was very hard. Our room overlooked a small alley and it was a little noisy a few times in the night as patrons came and went from small restaurants. Furniture is a bit outdated.

Location not far from Lotte shopping centres, Subway Station close and we walked to Myeongdong shopping street. Good sized room and Hot shower. Hot water for tea or coffee and microwave available on the third floor for guests to use. Friendly hosts, who were happy to store our luggage. We were able to check-in 30 minutes early.

The beds were really really hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. It's obviously a budget stay.

The location was just incredible - there was a busy street with food and drink options and the 7/11 is right opposite if you're looking for a midnight snack. The room was a good size and there was space for all our luggage and more. Some of the main attractions were a walking distance away and the first stop of the city tour is a 10min walk. Overall, it was a good deal for how much we paid vs how centrally we stayed.

There was no hair conditioner. No toilet cleaning or paper refill. Shower sponge was used.. Also, there was no small light, only the ceiling one.

Not a bad room for a short solo stay. There are lots of good restaurants right around the corner and a 7/11 store. The bed was comfy and warm.

The bathroom was a little small and included the shower over the toilet. I did not mind at all but orher people might. For the rest great location, nice bed and great staff for a good price and location. Thank you for everything!!

Very clean and nice hotelroom, the staff was amazing and so helpfull. Location is 10/10 i Next to myeongdong and close to the subway. Definitly book this location.

As it's close to Seoul Station, it can be a problem getting a taxi driver to actually take you there.

I've stayed at the hotel a couple of times. It's clean, affordable and within walking distance of Seoul Station.

My windows were frosted and small, I would have liked a better window - buts personal preference.

Great location, so close to main attractions, shopping and the Seoul City tour bus. Staff were very friendly. They were able to store my luggage after I checked out. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable.

It was all very good considering the price. The beds just felt a little stiff

Staff were nice, extremely convenient location, room is cleaned, towels awere changed, and bins are emptied everyday and a water bottle refreshment is given each day which is really kind of them. Floors seem to be heated.

Beds were extra firm and looked like sheets weren’t changed. Bathroom gets wet and takes a while to dry up, it will be nice to have some kind of barrier between shower/toilet.

Staff/owner very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We got there early and they were able to accommodate us and had an early check in. It was truly appreciated as we were exhausted from travelling and needed to nap! Also was given a room upgrade!! Great location- close to transit, restaurants, walking distance to Myeongdong and Namdaemun Market. At night this area also has pochas which we enjoyed. Good price for Seoul.

The location was excellent. The room size was comfortably large. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and questions. I was able to check in ahead of time. The bathroom towels were replaced daily and bottled water was provided.

Comfortable stay with central location just 5 mins walk to City hall station, many great restaurants around aswell and hotel wasnt noisy despite being in the center of it all.

The bed was a little bit too hard. Got used to it after the first night and it would not put me off from staying here again.

The location is fantastic, close to the metro station and bus stop to the airport, very central so relatively quick to get around Seoul and plenty of restaurants around. The twin room was spacious, clean, bedding so nice and crispy fresh,towels changed daily. And service excellent! The man at the reception walked out with me to show me the way to the bus stop to the airport and generally they were so nice and friendly!

Lots of mosquitoes in the room, I woke up with bites all over my leg. Mattress was firm.

Only a few small things that could be improved. Poor ventilation in bathroom so towels etc didn’t really dry out, but dried quickly if hung in the bedroom (note the bathroom was separate to the bedroom, but this is quite common I think in this part of Asia. Bathroom light went off a few times (I think it might have been a timer - possibly could be reset, but I didn’t know how.) While there was a hot and cold water dispenser available, it would have been handy to have a kettle in the room.

Very clean, room bigger than expected for price and room type, helpful staff and very convenient location.
