The stairs!! If you are in a family room - be prepared for very steep stairs. Definitely got my cardio work out. Hosts will help you with luggage but even still, being on top of a hill makes for a good work out.

The space is of the hostel was so nice and it was amazing hanging out with the other people at the hostel everyone was so kind ! And the beds having curtains is a very nice touch that I loved that have us some more privacy in the shared rooms

There are many steps! Good for exercise but a bit worrying on a rainy day, have to be sure the kids hold on to the handrails.

The power board in the room with adaptors was convenient. The host helped out with various needs at short notice. The night tour of the mountain in the back was great.

I definitely recommend this guesthouse. If you're a solo traveler this place is perfect for you because its biggest advantage is that, being only girls, you will meet other very nice women travelling and share some days with them or some useful tips and stories! Otherwise, the house is cleaned every day, the owners are really helpful and the location is really central just next to the Meyong-Dong station :)

The guest house is up in the middle of a small hill, it’s just the last 200 meters that goes up and then a flight of stairs, but you are in Seoul and you will encounter this situation a lot so better get used to it quickly !

The guest house is extremely well situated, 5 minutes walking from Myongdong station, and with 2 7/11 on the street and many small restaurants. When I arrived the father saw me and came directly to help me with my suitcase (that was quite heavy !). The room is of a normal size, with big windows on almost the whole wall, which help a lot in not feeling suffocating like in many shared rooms. The windows have 3 layers, first transparent and classic windows, then opaque ones for privacy and finally ones with a net as to allow air to enter but not insects ! The guest house is extremely clean ! Cleaning is done everyday around 12,00-13,00PM by the family’s son. Every part is thoroughly cleaned. The bathrooms are completely washed (shower, sink, toilets) not just a quick rinse over. The showers all have big bottles of body soap, shampoo and conditionner. The common area is big enough for 5-6 people at the same time I think, you can cook small things, there is a long table to chat or another along the windows overloooking the garden if you want to sit alone. There is also a machine for hot and cold water and a big fridge to stock some food. There are always clean towels available (small ones but that’s the norm in Korea !) to put in “used towels” basket, which is emptied everyday Also a free washing machine and detergent (extermely useful !). You can go up the roof terrace to hang your clothes on a drying rack. Thanks to the family good organization I was able to stay 1 more night and explore Seoul a bit less stressed ! Thank you for helping me get my suitcase down the stairs and for the little gifts!

I loved everything, the staff is so nice and welcoming, the property is filled with facilities that made my stay ideal and the location is fantastic (right between Myeong-dong and Namsan)!

excellent ! Recommended place to make friends with other people around the world! The shower with hot water, was delicious! but the bed mattress was very hard. The hosts were very friendly, attentive and welcoming. I Will book again next time when I go to Seoul :-)

The staff was extremely welcoming et invested so that you they will make sure that you will have the best stay at their place. The location is perfect (less than 5min from the Myeong-Dong station) and still very calm. You have some facilities around the place (7 Eleven, 1min away). The bedding was very confortable and towels changed everyday. To put it in a nutshell, I would definitely come back and recommend this place with my eyes closed 👏🏼

Everything. The owners were superb. They were so accommodative and went out of their way to help us and make us comfortable. To give you an example. I am a vegetarian and me and my friends were wondering what to order late at night and they offered to cook for us at 12 at night. She customised the food for me. I couldn’t have been grateful.

Very uphill, it’s a workout everyday for me 😅 but the owner gladly helps with the luggages. There are only 2 showers to share with many people but in any case I never had an issue.

I loved the location of the hostel. Really convenient to have everything you need nearby. Also it being only girls hostel was super big plus and nice surprise as l didnt know that beforehand (didnt read many reviews..). Host was also super helpful and when l told him lm going to check out earlier than 11AM he brought some sweets for my travels🥹🫰 Facilities were clean and my bed was comfortable.

The walking distance to bus and subway station is about 7-10 minutes, not a very ideal location but it is fine for me. The guesthouse was located at the middle of the slope so it was abit hardcore to carry my big luggage all the way there. Room space is quite limited to fit 6 people. Only 2 toilets in female dormitory so might need to take turn to take bath.

The owner was super kind and can speak many languages, thank you very much for the cute little souvenir. Water heater, hair dryer, washing machine, stove and gas and warmer and other facilities are all well equipped, thank you for making my winter trip warm. The housemates were super nice, got to meet friendly people from different countries. I will definitely rebook if I ever get to visit Seoul again.
