I thought there a roof terrace I could go up to. This was the reason I booked the hotel. When I arrived the terrace was not accessable and now I see there are no pictures of the Terrasse any more.

It is close tho the bus stations and close to a lot of restaurants. My room was very nice and the bed comfortable.

The young woman at the desk who jumped up to help us with our luggage every chance she got was amazing (even though we didn't need the assistance). I would return to the hotel just as appreciation for her. Also, the valet always did a nice job parking and retrieving our car.

Very convenient location, close to the airport and with a bus stop literally in front of the hotel which made it very easy to get around. Staff was super helpful, rooms were large and clean and the clothes styler was extremely practical! Great breakfast as well, would definitely stay here again.

Inconsistency in staff level of service, in fact, I’d say extreme ends of the spectrum. There was an excellent lady staff member who was just awesome in terms of giving guidance and proactive attitude. And then there was a much less excellent male staff member who basically performed like a robot.

The last floor had a wonderful view/area/restaurant area but it was closed.

Staff were very friendly. The manager was so helpful to guide us on excellent places to visit and eat. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I have every experienced in a hotel. It was a perfect stay to see Jeju city and catch an early plane.

The aircon in the rooms are not adjustable, some nights warm and some too cold.

This hotel location was very convenient as there are shops and a variety of restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. The staff were very helpful in offering information as to which restaurant is better etc. We initially booked 2 ondol rooms (Korean beds means sleeping on the hard floor) but after 3 nights one of my friends who has back issues asked if we could change to normal rooms and the hotel staff said they were full therefore can't offer us a change of room but will bring us additional mattresses. The next morning, their Assistant Manager who heard about our issue, came and offered us two twin sharing rooms for the final 2 nights. That made our stay alot more comfortable.

The location is perfect just right in the city center with car park so it is very convenient to go shopping and eating. The room is small but has everything we need and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. Nice place to stay in Jeju city center and value for money.

Ms Helen was exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good for the price. The clothes styler/steamer in the room was very useful. The shower was exceptionally good in having good water pressure and very stable water temperature.

Great location and room is clean, bed is comfy and the front desk staff was very helpful. They parked the car at multi-story car park and got it ready at the ground floor next day morning. Great service!
