It was nice and and tidy. The staff was very welcoming. It’s a nice and friendly hotel to stay in Seoul as it has a good location and access to both bus and subway stations. The Namdaemun market is just around the corner as well.

The room is too small n cramp. Not enough tabletops to place things n not enough space for luggages. Very small bathroom n water pressure too low.

The hotel is near subway station n myeongdong area. There is free coffee n bread in the lounge room. Bed n pillow comfortable. Very generous with toilet rolls. Receptionist helpful n friendly.

The hotel was perfect if you are travelling with friends. They were able to accommodate 3 pax albeit 3 single beds. The room is a bit tight for 3 people - you really can't walk around but the location makes up for it. It is close to the train station as well as walking distance to Namdaemun Market and Naman Tower. They have a lovely rooftop deck that's perfect for evenings with a view of the lit up N Tower!

Nothing I disliked. It’s what I would expect for the price.

I chose for the location. It’s in a central location and close enough to walk to the train station to get to the airport. Large outdoor market very close which was great and the major evening shopping district. Metro stop at the corner so it was great. View at night from my room, posted.

Staff only clean the room (vacuum, clean toilet etc) every Tuesday on my floor. If they could clean the room including vacuuming and cleaning toilet every time they change bed sheets and towels, that would be wonderful. Also the size of the room is way too small to fit 3 people.

The location is good. Just a short walk from the station. The facilities are new and modern. Friendly staff members.

Very warm and comfy rooms, right next to North Seoul Observatory which was very nice. I'd recommend and it's a very good cheap and comfortable option.

When you need information, just ring the bell at the front desk, no human contact and communication.

Convenience located near to Seoul train station, walking distance to Myeongdong Street. Hot coffee is the best option when you come back from the cold outside.

the room is clean and good size for 2 persons and enough space for luggage. The hotel is close to Myeong Dong 5 minutes walk.. to get to the hotel from the airport is very easy on 6001 bus from Incheon and stop in front of TMark Hotel.

Although the location states it is in Myeongdong it was quite far from the markets about a 10-15 minute walk. The hotel was also really hard to find at first as it is in an alleyway with a steep incline.

The rooms were clean and there was daily housekeeping. We stayed during chuseok and they offered rice cakes and drinks as a nice gesture. There are also laundry and drying machines which were really handy. The aircon was really good as it was very humid when we stayed.

The staffs there were so friendly and helpful. Overall it is a good stay considering close to myeongdong with only few minutes walk. The hotel staffs were so nice and treated us with festival food for mid-autumn.

The bathroom door was a sliding door which didn't shut properly. A slipper had to be used to help keep the door closed whilst in use. This wasn't ideal and could be off-putting depending on who you are sharing your room with.

Good value room with a TV and was clean. There was free tea, coffee and water next to the reception area for hotel guests. It's near a subway station, and within a 15 minute walk from local food and clothes markets. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is situated up a side street so really quiet but only minutes from the main road / metro / shops / market / restaurants etc. The hotel is excellent value for money and very clean. The rooftop garden with views of North Seoul Tower was a highlight. En suite to a very good standard and room cleaned/towels changed daily (ideal as 34C when we stayed). Access to free washing machine and tumble dryer was a bonus. Room has mini fridge with daily topped up water in room. 50 yards to convenience store. Lastly, the receptionist was friendly and courteous. A great stay.

As we stayed for a few nights it would have been handy to have somewhere to hang/put our clothes.

Everything you need if you are looking for a friendly clean place in a great location for a few nights. Complimentary water, tea and coffee was provided. Comfortable bed.
