Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe breakfast is good but could be improved with fruits juices squeezed on demand and some cheese, for example. Another one, shampoo and soap could have been refilled every day and for each guest. On the other side, the linen and towels could be changed only when needed, to be slightly more ecological.
The location close to the sea is incredible. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But the real good point is the attention: staff has been super nice and helpful, in particular when we needed an information or a lift to the restaurants. We felt really welcomed, thanks to everyone!

Great location in a quieter part of Jeju-do with some funky cafes & restaurants nearby, great sea views (including a patio with chairs to lounge in), generous service (the staff we interacted with spoke English), excellent breakfast buffet with a mix of Korean and Western-style offerings and local produce.

South KoreaRoom facilities are quite old style. And bathroom is not separated from bedroom. It will be better if available breakfast time is longer a little bit.
First of all, location is perfect here. It is located next to sea, and you can enjoy beautiful view of it. Second, all workers here are definitely kind to customers. I'm certain you are able to see other level of kindness.

It's a nice small sized resort with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The sea view is nice and the breakfast good. The coffee and dessert cafe next door is definitely a nice thing to do after dinner or at tea time.

There was nothing to fault for our stay in this place. We had a very relaxing stay (the garden area with the hut is wonderful) and I can honestly say one of the best stay I had in Jeju

SwedenLoves the location near the sea. We were lucky to see the Haenyeo women go fishing, in the morning, in front of the hotel. It was especially all the service and helpful staf that made our stay most pleasent. They took good care of our family and the cafeteria personal did wounderful meals for us. A place to visit again.
