Very very good location in Hongdae. Not far from subway station and all neighbor areas are lively, a lot of restaurants where opening until late night. Really love the place. Hotel is safety with digital door locks at entrance door and room door inside

I’d really like this property better, but the comfort and hygiene are just mediocre, especially for the price. In fairness, I have to say we stayed in room 102, so I don’t know if this applies to other rooms, especially on the 2nd and 3rd floor, but since the rooms are practically in the basement and there’s just a super tiny window facing some stairs, there’s hardly any fresh air. Due to that there’s also bad ventilation which already caused quite some mold in the bathroom. Add to that the relatively low ceiling, and it all feels a bit cramped.

The location was amazing. Checking in was really easy. The style and furniture were quite good too.

There are no elevators so I would not recommend to stay here if you will have lots of bulky luggage. They provide kettle but no cups.

Stayed here for my last night in Seoul/Korea. It is very easy to check-in and close to Hongik station. Located in an area with many surrounding restaurants and cute cafes. Great bathroom, good security and spacious room.

I didn’t like how there was not a lot of space to open my suitcase in the room.

I liked how the owner was very helpful and on it when it came to self check in. Luggage storage is provided if you arrive early and need somewhere to put your stuff and after you’ve checked out and need to keep your luggage somewhere. The room was cozy and clean, and a kettle and hair dryer is also provided.

I had some trouble with the wifi, it was often not connecting or very slow. The bathroom was very small and at times challenging to use the shower without splashing water everywhere.

I met the manager on my day of check out, very nice lady. The location was perfect (and quiet), with many shops, restaurants and cafe’s around. The bed was very comfortable, the room was cozy, a lot of tv channels. A great stay for one person due to its compact size.

Gravel stones covering the ground before entrance to apt which makes walking and lugging luggage bags difficult

Me and my friend love our stay so much, even it was just only a one-night stay! Check-in time was 3pm, and we arrived at around 1ish noon, planning to just store our luggage. But we met the PIC and he said that we just need to wait for another 5 minutes to check in. They are all very efficient, so we were then able to check in early. Room were big and spacious, and also, very very comfortable. We love it so so much. Location wise was good. It was located within the alleys of the vibrant HongDae area, so you will be spoilt with a lot of choices, as cafes and restaurants are around, and convenience store is just out of the junction. Will definitely come back again! P/S: You might need to get a floor mat from the PIC, so the bathroom floor will not be too wet after stepping out from the shower area.

Offering a larger towel would be useful. They warn you that their towels are small and suggest you bring your own large towel if you need one. It is difficult for travelers to arrange this if they come from another country.

The room is extremely small as the bed takes up majority of the room. Good for solo traveller but even I had trouble opening up my one big suitcase. You will also need to carry your luggage up stairs if staying on the top floors. Cleaning is only provided every 4 days, which was fine with me but good to note if you prefer more often. Only provide small towels, bring your own large one!

Location was very convenient to the shops and restaurants of Hongdae and within ~7 min walk to the Hongik University subway station. Room was clean and nicely air conditioned. Shower was great size, winning factor for me when comparing other accomodations with no separate shower!

The AC was difficult to figure out - the remote control was only in Korean so we had a hard time figuring it out... And the noise was pretty loud. The room was quite humid, so the air purifier helped a lot. Only small towels (but lots were provided) and it was communicated in advance which wasn't a big issue, but be careful incase you expect bath towels to be provided.

The location was very convenient, in a lively area in Hondgae, not far from Hongik University station. But the area where the hotel was located was very quiet which was great. Convenient store very close by. Communication through messaging was always very fast and on point which was helpful. For the value we paid we thought it was a great deal!

Our room is not very clean and when we open the door it’s quiet hot inside. The dryer and AC isn’t new. There is no elevator and the stairs are small. It’s hard to carry downstairs.

Location is fine, not too far from the metro station. The room and bathroom is quite spacious.
