The breakfast is way too poor (only eggs and bacon left in fridge). In my opinion shouldn't even be listed as breakfast!

Not many options for breakfast and you have to cook it yourself. Just eggs, bread and there are some ham in the fridge. Orange juice and milk if you come early.

Clean bed, clean toilet. Location is super close to Busan Lotte Department and walking distance to Seomyeon station and underground shopping centre. There are many good restaurants nearby.

Only hand (sized) towels are provided, not standard bath towels; housekeeping is only available upon verbal request at the reception - no request no housekeeping; reception was not the most welcoming.

Location is good, near metro, Lotte Mall and loitered with amenities & many eateries around the area; room is rather spacious and comes with a good size bath tub; complimentary basic breakfast and availability of coffee machines at reception and breakfast areas are much appreciated; tiniest washing machines I have ever seen, not going to complain though since it's free (self) laundry ;)

Small towels only but no big issue for me. There's this smell like musty and sewage smell when you get in the room. Not as noticeable when u turn air-con on but it's there all the time when u first enter the room. There's black dirt stains on my pillows but I don't really care. Just my suggestion but a full body mirror would be nice on one of the bare wall.

Bed was firm which I like. Japanese style toilet, free use of microwave on each floor. Breakfast included which is limited to toast n cook Ur own eggs with coffee and orange juice. Location so close to station and lotte mall. They give free amenities such as toner, emulsion, etc. Free use washing machine and dryer.

They need to get a better towel selection. I was there for four days and there were only small hand towels to use. Oh, and a proper coffee machine would be nice to replace the kettle and instant coffee.

I loved the gigantic bathtub. The room was very clean and modern. The bed was firm and pillows were exceptional. Large TV with free access to Netflix and YouTube was nice.

There is no looby of the hotel only the front desk.

The facility is new and the self-help break was good and so convenient. The toilet of our first room was leak but the staff changed for us immediately.

The hotel is closed by Lotte department store, location is good for travellel. The room is cleaned, bath tube is big and clean. There is drying rack machine that could help get rid of the smell after KBBQ restuarant. The guy at a reception staff is very helpful.

The rooms aren't very big but they are clean with plenty of amenities and toiletries provided. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The fun part was that we had to prepare it ourselves. The hotel is conveniently located with eateries nearby. Would stay here again if we ever visit Busan again. Value for money!

The floor can be a little too warm during winter.

The amenities in the room are great, the room is clean and staff are very friendly. Room is spacious and the toilet is huge. The room is also well heated during winter. Definitely enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is also very well situated in the city. Able to reach lotte departmental store and train station within walking distance.

Scum stained bathroom and tub. Needs a deep cleaning. Bathtub was giant size, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I was hesitant to use it. Mystery stains on the furniture.

Good location. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars, subway. Good value for the price. Bed was very comfortable, bedding was clean. A small assortment of drinks in the refrigerator was a nice touch.
