We arrived already dark. Difficult to find front door reception. Luckily a boy happily walk with us to show where the door is. It looks like a block of housing apartment. The signboard is in Russian. Should put that signboard in Booking so that we can know it is the entrance. Room so small for two person. No bottled drink. No water dispenser No kettle in room

The shared shower has multiple stalls without curtains. Luckily I was the only one in my room and the only one taking a shower. I was able to lock the door but I am not sure if you can if there are other people staying. They charge you a small fee for luggage storage. No lockers in the rooms either.

Good location close to the train station and a short walk to the center of town. No kitchen available but there is a mini fridge in the room and a microwave in the lobby.

Staying for 3 nights and they dont accept full payment for 3 nights (need to pay everyday for whatsoever reason which is annoying because when we pay late we were treated as if we are trying to escape payment)…why cant they just accept the whole lump sum payment like other establishment?

It was terribly cold outside at night and the room was not exactly the warmest.

It's right next to the train station, that was amazing. So the metro was not far either. Accommodation is for 24 hours from check in and that is an absolutely amazing service. I would say that for the price it is the best hotel in Almaty that I have ever been to. The lady at the reception was great and even though she didn't speak English she was immediately ready with a translator. Overall, I would definitely recommend the stay.

Hotel should provide with basic toiletries like soap etc. Rooms should be have hot water kettle. Hotel had it but at the common kitchen and not in the room. Room was cleaned only once in 3 days. Should be cleaned atleast once in 2 days. We were there for almost 7 days but our room was cleaned only once.

Location of the property was good. The reception people were very helpful with all sort of queries.

Bed could be more comfortable Due to personel didnt know english I have lived some comminication problems with them There was a bit noice becouse of constraction in hotel Hotel's name wasnt noticable and there wasnt english name of hotel so I didnt sure if I reached the right place.

İt meet my basic expectations. I didnt live a big problem. Everythings was ok. The room heating, furniture and cleanness was enough for me. Paying with either cash or by credit card was good. Location was quite central I usually walked to some main places. Thanks for everything

The room could be refreshed - there were stains on the walls and the bed was not quite as comfortable. Another downside was that storage of luggage after checkout required additional payment

The hotel is located quite conveniently in the city centre, close to bus lines and the metro. The room was clean, sufficiently spacious and the required amenities were provided (towel, soap). There was also fridge

Cleaning of rooms should happen everyday because lot of tourist brings food at hotel to eat, dustbins gets full In a day. No tea / coffee provided by them !

Location of this hotel is excellent, everything is nearby like currency exchange, restaurants, bus stop, Magnum express, etc. Reasonable rates to stay !! Children's play area outside hotel !!
