The staff were amazing. They organised a number of excursions for us and did everything to make our stay fantastic.

Fantastic, beautiful place with great, caring, English speaking and very helpful staff, excellent food, super nice pool area in the mid of a big green tropical garden and even an own spa. Felt at home from the very first minute. Perfect location (not as noisy as in the city center), with regular free shuttle bus to city center. Will definitely come here again!

The electricity cuts as well as the internet. If I have an advice to give, please upgrade the internet. I was unable to open my browser on google. When I asked the staff, they told me to sit in the restaurant. I saw a tourist stuck downstairs, fighting off mosquitoes in order to get internet.

It was not your typical resort brick building. It was surrounded by nature. Staff was super nice and we had free shuttle into the city center. Food was also delicious. An oasis of peace.

Our stay was fabulous. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is delicious and we also ended up eating at the restaurant for most of our meals as it was the best food we had in Luang Prabang. The shuttle into town is great , though we enjoyed riding the free bicycles into town . We would recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there again .

Blissful stay in the unique oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Gorgeous pool and amazing set menu in the restaurant. Upgraded us to a bungalow which was beautiful and had an amazing veranda. Really useful shuttle into town and airport drop off included!

This was our last stop of our two week holiday in Cambodia and Laos! The staff here were amazing! They were really helpful and more than happy to book yours for us! They had a free shuttle bus into the town and we could rent mopeds and bicycles from the hotel!

We had an excellent time in Luang Prabang during our stay. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with a of options. The bycicle and motorbike rental was smooth and easy. The only negative point is that the hotel is a little bit far from the center, but they provide shuttle bus from the hotel and back.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, and the water was scalding hot, unless turned almost all the way to the cold side, which reduced the pressure even further.

The room was spotless and gorgeous with comfy beds. The pool area was nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. They offered free shuttles to town, but it was also only about a 15-30 minute walk. The customer service was excellent as well.

Some great restaurants nearby or a short walk away in town - there is a free shuttle to/from the hotel to town at certain times if you don't fancy the walk. Pick up/drop off at the train station for a small fee; I believe to/from the airport is free.

Staff members were excellent, helped us book our train tickets and arranged transportation for us. We loved it that they have free bicycles and mopeds for rent. The restaurant on site was really good and the views are nice. Streets vendors and stores are just a few minutes walk away. And they have a free shuttle service to downtown Luangprabang. Loved our stay there!

This hotel is lovely! Nicely located in a beautiful garden with the river view. Rooms are big and comfortable. There was a good variety of foods for breakfast and everything was tasty and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we got offered a shuttle ride to the airport. Definitely a nice bonus of this hotel is that it has a swimming pool and bicycles to rent for free. Loved our stay here.
