We stayed in a large room upstairs with a private balcony, very quiet, delicious and special breakfast. Tom always smiled and helped us book a car to Vang Vieng.

Maybe the activities and transports are slightly more expensive than elsewhere, but I didn't book here.

Very good location, big room, nice bathroom. Nice breakfast with a mixed fruits juice. The boy at the lobby is nice too.

Tom is a great host. Always has a smile on his face and can help you with anything you need. His english is great! The location was perfect. Its only 5 minutes by foot to the night market. We definetly recommend.

Excellent location , very clean with good sized rooms but the real benefit of staying here is Tom. He was super helpful , booking things , getting good prices & just answering general questions. Nothing was too much hassle

Great hotel! The staff are very friendly and will do their best to try to help/assist you. Nice room, good size and clean. Breakfast was delicious. They provide same day laundry service, which is very good. Location is also perfect! Located in the old town and very close to all entertainment activities. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Great stay! Tom is exceptional and will give you tips/help you organise anything! He's a great guy and the more you talk to him the more he opens up with suggestions and things to see/places to go. Even gave us some tips on Vietnam and a contact to help organise a Vietnam visa, and when we hired motorcycles he made the guy give me his proper helmet rather than the low-safety baseball helmets they try and give you. Highly highly recommend staying here

Lovely stay would recommend!

The location is very central but the room is very quiet and comfortable. These are already great pluses! The very beautiful design of the rooms also contributes to the pleasant atmosphere. The staff were kind and attentive but didn't seem overbearing. We had a very nice time here.

Lovely big room . Very clean and close to the centre. Comfortable bed. Lovely Tom was really helpful , gave good information on Luang Prabang and our suggested our next hotel in Vang Vieng . Organised our onward travel quickly too .

If we had to pick something maybe the rooms being a bit old and the sheets etc but it kinda fit with the charme of luang prabang and the hotel so really no problem. Tv also didnt work but we didnt need TV anyway. So nothing we didnt like :)

Tom was absolutely amazing. He organized train tickets for us ahead of time as we needed them prearranged. He was always available when needed and helped us with the rental bike (even when we put a scratch on it accidentally). He went above and beyond for us to be happy. We are so thankful. Breakfast was good, simple but good. 1 choice of hot drink and cooked item plus fruit and juice. Location perfect. Super easy to get everywhere by foot, close to an amazing bakery and heaps of other restaurants.
